"Listing NOT accurate: Only 3 queen beds, 3 single beds, no futon couches, no king bed. It sleeps 10 tops with glasses, plates and cookware for 8 . The listing photo shows trees by the house, reality: there is a view of a car/shop garage with 100 junk cars. The fire pit is not usable, no wood anyway. The house was dirty when we arrived, food was on the kitchen floor and we had to mop up the sticky stuff that was near the bar stools. There were no kitchen towels or hand towels for the bathrooms....

"We enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back! It was very nice, very clean and had everything we needed. The only issues were parking and not having central air conditioning. Although there is parking inside the garage and driveway, it was a very tight fit for both. I was in a minivan, but barely fit and didn’t want dings since it was a rental. As for the a/c, we’re from Texas so that’s all we’re used to. The house had a window unit and a portable ac— one upstairs and one downstairs....

"They are using the name Extended Stay to trick people into thinking it is an Extended Stay America. The main sign on the street is a totally different name and the place looked very run down and even had at least one car up on blocks in the parking lot. The attendant spoke no English. I left and got a hotel elsewhere. According to the records I received, they claim I checked in on 7/3 and checked out on 7/5. This is a lie. I never checked in at all."
