"The rooms were a good size with living and kitchen room separate bedroom. The rooms could be very nice but was lacking on the clean side with dust and some maintenance needed. Wanted to make an hot drink on arrival but only one cup so had to go and buy some, there was no cloth to dry cups up after washing. Didn't use the dishes as they were dusty. There was a lack of shelving in the bathroom to put toiletries away. Contact with the owners was excellent."

"I've stayed here before - and come back. For me, at 88 years of age and no longer driving, it's better than the nearby 4 star Hotel. It's super convenient for my association with the parish church - Boston Stump, Saint Botolph, an easy walk from and to the railway station. Courteous and prompt telephone response for access to the Key Code access (Key Code is changed after visit). Recommended!"
