"We received a warm welcome when we checked in. Our room was spotless and had quality bed/bedding etc. Also had a spacious, well appointed bathroom. We had an excellent night's sleep. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast here. All the food was first class and everyone who served us was very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Lovely stay, beautiful grounds and house. Staff were amazing - so helpful and friendly and went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. Afternoon drinks in the garden were lovely! Room was very comfy and clean. Would recommend."

"Through Expedia, I've been able to secure several nice stays for budget prices. This was a different, inferior experience. They tried to make it seem 'economy' .I was annoyed by automatic messages from 'Harry' telling me to text after 2 for a code, when check in started and when I'd arrive by pre-arranged means. "While the room was cheap it wasn’t very clean the shower was filthy the windows was filthy the vinyl the soap dispensers was very dirty, had a hand towel with the edges all frailed at the ends no light as you come out the room onto the landing I was left a soft brown banana that was left for the breakfast two days in a row and a slight brown apple .
