  • VILLA ROSSELLA 1 Two-Bedroom Apartment (Achilea)is a 3star Apartment.It is located in 15minutes walking distance from town centerand in 20minutes walking distance from the nearest beach. Interior size is 65m2 and terrace/balcony is10m2. It is located on floor: 2. The accommodation has three air conditioners. One air conditioner is located in the living room and the other two air conditioners are located in the bedrooms. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself. Within the property, there is a shared seating area and a swimming pool that is available for all guests. The pool is filled with chlorine water. It is sharedwithin 4apartments and the maximum number of people that share the pool is twenty.The pool is not available for use from 1st October - 1st May. All guests have the possibility to use a common BBQ in the courtyard of the house.
    PARKING: Private parking space is available in front of the house.
    MAXIMUM GUESTS: 5 person
    BED DESCRIPTION: 2 double beds + 1 extra bed (sofa bed foldable single). If the extra bed is used, there is an additional cost (per person).
    CHILDREN: One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using main bed. Babycot is provided upon request and is free of charge.
    PETS: One pet is allowed and extra charge is 10€ per night. The surcharge is paid upon arrival in cash. If you have more than 1 pet, send a request to check if it is possible to make an exception.
    DAMAGE DEPOSIT AMOUNT IS 100€ - Damage deposit is required upon arrival. At Check-out, if there will be no damage in the accommodation, the full amount will be returned.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Alles sehr sauber. Wunderschöner, top gepflegter, großer Garten, kristallklarer sauberer Pool. Sehr nette und unkomplizierte Gastgeberin. Rundherum viel grün und Ruhelage. Zu Fuß 10 min in die Stadt. Bäcker 4 Min. MC Donalds und große Supermärkte 2 Autominuten entfernt.

Place was clean and tidy The apartment was smaller than expected. The sound proofing was Terrible as you could hear other guests talk The pool was small and not that accessible from the 3 floor. You had to walk round the front of the property to get to the back General seating area not big enough for a family

It was a nice holiday

The apartment is very quiet and clean. The location is also suitable, 15 minutes to the old town. There are supermarkets and bakeries nearby. The apartment also has a beautiful garden and swimming pool. The biggest drawback is that there is no washing machine. In addition, WIFI is OK in the living room but not in the bedroom.

Review

The apartment in Villa Rossella is rather small, with old furniture but at least clean. The worst in the apartment were the beds consistent of some poor mattreses on some metal legs and the bathroom with a shower which is not working properly. In terms of location , 20 min to the old town and another 15min to Mulini Beach. The host welcomed us in the apratment with a “Hi” and “give me your passports” which is a request that i have never encountered for Airbnb properties. We did not felt welcomed at all even more she treated us as if we were some kind of delinquents (just to add we were with our 8 years old son and our shitzu dog ...). It’s the first bad experience with Airbnb rentals! I would not recommend this property unless nothing else available in same price range.
