"We enjoyed our time at this house. It was furnished with anything you may need. The host payed attention to every detail. Upon arriving we found snacks and beverages. The homel was very clean inside and out. We spent time outside in the evenings and it was quite peaceful. I highly recommend this home. "

"Excellent location, and property.... the house was neatly clean; it had everything you could need for a weekend stay. Beautiful views from the back deck , Beautiful lake, Quiet neighborhood. the only complaint I have is the Rudeness of the Community Gate Guards, super rude if you have Questions...Beside them everything was perfect!!! "Enjoyed our 6 night stay! Loved the home and it was just as beautiful as the pictures posted. So secluded with beautiful trees and so quiet! Breakfast and coffee on the deck in the mornings followed by our evenings in the hot tub after golf were so relaxing. Our host,Terri, was also very helpful, and made us feel so welcome. She was great! We will stay here again and recommend it highly! "

"The house was great. It meet all our needs for a family vacation with three families. The beds were nice and comfortable. Our only recommendation would be a second refrigerator, maybe out in the garage and an air fryer. Overall this is great rental that will leave you not wanting for anything . "

"We hosted our 2025 Family reunion in HSV. Adults and infants traveled from NYC, LA, San Diego, N. Dakota.... The property was perfect. Enough bedrooms for all and great common areas for games and fun. The big kitchen wa a hit as we prepared meals and warmed up bottles. The water front allowed for pontoon boat docking and we enjoyed the warm water of Lake Balboa. Check in and check out was a breeze. Voted most likely to host the next reunion!"
