Cozy Cabin surrounded by nature-minutes away from Annapolis Royal!

  • This beautiful and quiet cabin has been recently fully renovated.
    It includes a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with great hot and cold water pressure. This cabin is perfect for two adults (queen size bed) but can accommodate one child (pull out couch).
    Our quaint and cozy cabin is just that; quaint and cozy. You will enjoy utter peace and quiet while being surrounded by trees and nature nestled by the old growth forest.
    Come unwind and relax!

 All windows have blinds.

    8 minute drive to Annapolis Royal or Bridgetown.
    
3 minute walk down to the Annapolis County Rail Trail perfect for walking, running or biking, which runs parallel to the Annapolis River.
    
5 minute drive to have access to the water for kayaks, canoes or paddle boards.
    Close by golf courses, fishing and beaches.

This is such a lovely property! Very easy to drive to and is within distance to nearby towns. The property itself is beautiful, we enjoyed our evenings there.

The host was wonderful, very quiet place, exactly like the pictures, 10 minutes from Annapolis Royal beautyful small town and half an hour from Digby, we really loved it.

Quiet, rustic cabin, that even has a friendly cat named Luna who loves to visit and get attention. The cabin was clean and well prepared when we arrived, and the host's were very nice. We would definitely stay again.

Spacious and quiet

We loved the spaciousness of the place, and being out in the country it was a lovely quiet place to just chill out for a couple of days. It would have been excellent if the kitchen was a bit better furnished, if there had been window coverings for a bit more privacy, and if the water in the shower was a little warmer.

Very quiet and peaceful. Convenient to Annapolis Royal and the western Annapolis Valley. Beautifully decorated with a wood theme. Good quality furniture and appliances.

Sweet and Serene

My daughter and I had a fantastic vacation in the wonderful cabin which was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything you need. Our host Blanka kindly welcomed us and was readily available when we needed her. After busy days sightseeing, it felt so good to return to this sweet, comfortable, and peaceful cabin where we could relax and recharge. If you are considering a booking, you will be pleasantly surprised!

Wonderful!

The cabin was a sanctuary while we were on holiday in Round Hill and Annapolis Royal. We loved it! The breakfast bar was a nice place to eat our meals in the morning. We enjoyed the couch area when we needed to relax - a great spot to watch TV or read a book. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept well. The string lights across the big beam was welcoming upon arrival, and whenever we were at home.

Overall, a nice cabin in Annapolis Valley! We had a nice stay at this low maintenance cabin. It had everything we needed and was more inviting than the pictures made it appear.It was great for the two of us to stay in for just a couple of nights. It was at the back of the owners property but they gave us space. Though of course it’s innately private there were few privacy blinds which made us less comfortable. Also a heads up for the tall folks, there is a low ceiling in the bedroom/living room area.

Location

I was there to ride my motorcycle and see Nova Scotia. This location was perfect for getting around, not far from Rt 1, the highway and Trunk 8. So it was close to riding the coastline, cutting across the island or the highway to every where else. Returning back to a quiet place to enjoy the thoughts and views of the day’s ride was made easy with this private setting.

Rustic, romantic cabin

This cabin is on the property of the hosts, surrounded by forest on 3 sides. It is a perfect place if you are looking for quiet and tranquility. The wooden interior, log-burning stove (which you will definitely use, even in summer!), and fairy lights provided a very romantic environment. However, the quirky off-mains water system and sounds of scampering animals on the roof may not be for everyone. The hosts were very helpful and responded quickly to questions and concerns. A booklet containing information on the apartment and where to find things locally would have been very helpful.

A cosy rustic cabin with a log burner. Well equipped kitchen and an easy drive into Annapolis Royal where we ate in a great restaurant.

Nothing negative, all positive. Beautiful, spacious, clean, well appointed cabin. Great, convenient location. Walking trail nearby. Easy access (the entrance can sneak up on you, be driving slow). The cabin is at the back of the property so it's private and dead quiet. Thanks Blanka and Lars, for a perfect stay!

The inside of the cabin was nice but we have two major complaints: 1. It is advertised as a private getaway, surrounded by nature and forest. Please note that this cabin is in somebody’s backyard, the view from the cabin is their house. If you don’t care about that then it’s fine but it wasn’t what we thought we booked for our honeymoon. We might not have minded if it was in the listing description because of the decent price . 2. They must have just had the place sprayed because every day there were new flying ants and roaches dying on the floor. I have photos and videos of the live and dead bugs. We didn’t feel comfortable contacting the hosts as we already felt duped and just wanted to finish our trip. We debated whether to leave but ultimately decided to stay as we couldn’t find last minute accommodations. I’m not leaving this review to be spiteful, I just wish I would have seen a honest review like this before I booked. Again, if you don’t care about a private getaway the cabin itself is nice and the price was decent.
