"Our room had a nice view down the hill. Parking was free. Bathroom was small, the sink the size one can sometimes find in a small powder room - definitely too small. At evening time somebody cooked or fried a fish dish and the unpleasant smell was noticeable in our room as well. Unfortunately, it was still too cold outside to open the window overnight. Smelling the fish all night was not great."

"Excellent accommodation, very obliging staff and excellent continental breakfasts. Would recommend every time."

"Bien en general"

"We love Raglan and we used to live in the area. The unit was nice and clean. But we did not like that there were no facilities to wash dishes apart for using the hand basin in the shower room. BUT THAT WAS RIGHT NEXT TO THE TOILET which we did not like at all. In fact in all the motels we have stayed in,for the first time ever we left the dishes unwashed on the bench."

"El hotel está bien, pero no nos gustó que cobraran la estadía antes que lleguemos. En la reserva decía que podíamos pagar en el momento de llegar y cuando vamos a hacer el check in nos avisa que ya había pasado la tarjeta. El motivo era absurdo dice que hay gente que no se presenta y que bloquea la tarjeta para que no les puedan cobrar. No creo que nadie bloquee su tarjeta por una noche de hotel. "Clean room"

"Be aware that toilets are shared, outside the room. "

"Loved it. Great location. Felt pretty upperclass from the moment we walked in. So fresh and so clean! From Rob F."

"A huge thank you to the Owner/Manager, who was exceptionally helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. We were very grateful to be offered an early check-in and late check-out, which made a world of difference. My father had just turned 90 and had undergone surgery, and we were travelling down from Auckland. The flexibility with our check-in and check-out times made visiting him during hospital visiting hours so much easier and way less stressful. We stayed in the Deluxe One-Bedroom, which...

"Owner is very friendly and helpful. Good quality Motel"

"Clean and tidy, slightly tired."

"Lo único que no me gusto es que decían que sus sistema no está conectado a expedia por lo que aunque parecía que ya había pagado, en realidad se paga en la propiedad pero genero mucha Confusión porque yo insistía en que había pagado via la aplicación de expedia"

"Great location, not use to road noise and the cleaner took the good clean un used towel and left with the used one from day before."

"Awesome room and staff booked the room on short notice. Staff was very accommodating and obviously take pride in the hotel and keeping it clean. Would definitely book again"
