Friendly welcome. Room was good size with kitchen. Had private enclosed courtyard. Private plunge pool in bathroom. Very clean and tidy. Great area. Usual wear and tear in room.

We had a great two night here. We enjoyed the space and ambience. The spa pool was a real bonus. The rear garden was a bonus although ours was a little overgrown. The bed was very comfortable and the TV worked great.

+ sauber, bequemes bett, kochgelegenheit (hat auch eine gemeinschaftsküche), waschmaschine + trockner, kleine terasse mit stühlen (ganz einfach aber habe es genossen draussen zu sitzen), staff hilfsbereit - wer kein auto hat sollte besser etwas näher ins zentrum, habe mich etwas verloren gefühlt da an der hauptstrasse

Great choice
Very clean and comfortable room for the price. I only stayed one night, but it would be a great choice for a multi day stay as the room has a basic kitchen supplies (cutlery, sink, microwave, fridge) and is quite roomy. I’d stay here again :)

The property was neat and inviting. The beds and sheets seemed a little old. Nothing that would stop me from re-booking. Staff were friendly. Location was ideal.

This was a late book in, staff was friendly But for the Price it was not the best - Room we chose was not what we got needs a total refurb & a Good clean Sorry I do not place bad feedback but was just OK for a Very Budget Room Stay we stayed at another for a lot cheaper & far far better just down the road

Very accommodating
We got upgraded to premium family studio which was spacious with modern facilities. Hotel staff were amazing, especially when one of the group accidentally smashed a window and it needed replacing. The location was great and handy to everything.

One of the worst in Rotorua.
Hotel badly in need of a refurbishment! Poorly maintained and daily cleaning of rooms very poor. I had to ask for sugar and coffee each day we stayed as they forgot to refill after cleaning. Floors were not vacuumed when cleaned. They requested payment at check in even though they had my credit card number from online booking. Friendly people though. One of the worst hotels I have stayed at in NZ. Wont stay there again! Its a shame as the place has tons of potential.

After having been there for many years we found it to be rather lacklustre and tired looking. The manager was pleasant and accommodating.

Family Holiday in Rotorua
Motel was clean and comfortable but a bit pricey for one adult and two teenage kids. The Asian lady at reception greeted me with an upfront request to pay immediately despite having booked online and already providing credit card details. This abruptness and lack of hospitality was disappointing. Room was comfortable but basic. Clean and tidy. When returning the key to the office the next morning, got a similar lack of engagement from the Asian gentleman at the counter who merely took the key without a greeting or enquiry as to our stay !

Central, clean, spacious.
Pros: Spacious Clean Bedrooms recently done-up Friendly staff Excellent prices Cons: Bathroom a bit grotty All in all, very good for the price in such a central location (although we did go in early Winter, so this may have affected the price). Would recommend, and will go back if I ever return to Rotorua.

Great for a Weekend away
The plunge pool seems a little cooler as this time no need to add any cold water. Went in twice. Seemed a little bit warmer second time. Rooms are looking like they could do with a spruce up as have been here 5 times before over the last 15 years. Great there was a Model railway exihibition across the road at the racecourse at the weekend.

Good location, easy walk to town
Stayed here many times over last 6 years. It's changed hands and is missing the personal touch. Like many Rotorua properties, it's now getting very tired, and some of the furniture is past replacing - broken drawers etc... Lovely spa pool but one of few plus points. With a huge number of properties to choose from, unless there's a big event on, it'll need to do some work to be attractive and competitive though the upgrade to some rooms will help....

Weekend stop over
Tired Facilities, dark so needed all lights on. Concrete walls that let you hear all the noises from the unit next door. Very Basic accommodation. That said sheets and bedding very clean and of a good quality, just the tired room that let the place down along with noise coming from the unit next door.
