The Space:

The holiday home offers a comfortable and well-designed layout across two levels. The upper level features a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, perfect for entertaining and relaxation. This space flows seamlessly onto a large covered deck, ideal for enjoying outdoor dining with the provided BBQ grill and taking in the garden views. Downstairs, you'll find four inviting bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed, while two other bedrooms each offer a queen-size bed. The fourth bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a single bunk bed, accommodating various group sizes. A central bathroom is conveniently located between the bedrooms, along with a separate toilet. Both levels are equipped with heat pumps, ensuring the house remains warm in winter and cool in summer.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire holiday home, including all four bedrooms, the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, and the large covered deck with BBQ. Enjoy the private hot tub and the back lawn. There is also free parking on the premises and on the street.



The Neighborhood:

Discover the vibrant Lynmore neighborhood, offering an array of dining and entertainment options within a short walk. You'll find fantastic eateries, shops, and entertainment venues within a 5-10 minute stroll. For a quick bite, head to the Redwood Centre on Te Ngae Rd, where you can choose from Burger Fuel, Dominoes Pizza, Pita Pit, sushi, kebabs, and a fish shop. This area also features a butchery, fruit and vegetable store, a hairdresser/beauty salon, and a pharmacy. Families will love Motion Entertainment at Lynmore Junction, also within a 5-minute walk, offering an escape room, tenpin bowling, laser tag, mini golf, and more. From our location on Larcy Road, you're well-placed to enjoy all Rotorua has to offer, with convenient access to major transport hubs and attractions.
