chico hotel familiar muy bien atendido
LLamamos para avisar que llegábamos después del horario final de check in y nos subieron de catergía de habitación por esa gentileza! muy Buenas personas y nos dieron buenas recomendaciones para realizar actividades.

DECEPECIONANTE
B&B lo único bueno la ubicación. Ni siquiera hay nadie en recepción. Tienes q ir al motel de al lado. Casa viejisima y descuidada. Habitación muy pequeña. Se oye absolutamente todo. La chica q hacia el desayuno hacia muchisimo ruido!! A los vecinos se les oía todo. Paredes de papel. Desayuno muy pobre. No lo recomiendo.

Sorry you didnt enjoy youv stay. However we do attempt to make every body welcome but every nowe and again this is difficult to achieve. With regard having towalk next door th the reception I have had to walk a lot further in hotels from receptopn to my room.

This was the wierdest place we stayed at during our trip to NZ. We stayed at B&B. The kitchen area was nice to use, breakfast was ok. Everything was clean. Situated in the center, free parking. The room though was super tiny. Nowhere to even put our suitcases. No nets in windows when there is no AC! We had tons of insects inside as we stayed during hot days. It's also impossible to get the room to cool down as there is no through ventilation. The bathroom is also super awkward. No exhaust fan. Absolutely nowhere to put your toiletries, no shelves, no hooks, towels stay wet since again there no air movement. Our room was next to the kitchen so with open windows we heard all cars and all people that got up early. Absolutely do not recommend.

To some weird is wonderful. Refer other reviews. A/C is on the way just awaiting arrival of product and installation. There is a reason our room rates differ. Some rooms offer a greater level of comfort at the B&B than others hence the price difference.Barry

great location
location, location, location. Basically you are in easy walking distance to everything that you need ie. great cafe's (Eat street), shops, and a 20 min walk to the architectural sites. It is opposite but not on the lake. It was an easy drive to all the geothermal sites. Breakfast was excellent. Staff friendly and very helpful.

Very clean and high quality finish to rooms and spaces. Fan was available for the room which was appreciated as no air con and temperatures were very high

Nice room, recently renovated, but quite small. Only room for a double bed. There are facilities that can be used in the BB. Nice breakfast. Close to town, can walk to restaurants. Close to the lake.

Nice B and B in Rotorua
Great location within walking distance of the lake and dining. Safe area with very convenient parking. Friendly staff. Very basic continental breakfast.

Het personeel was wrg vriendelijk en de kamer zag er suoer bethes uit. Binnen een paar minuten ben je in het centrum. Get ontbijt wat geserveerd wordt is lekker en gevarieerd.

Bed was soo comfortable and the location was suburb. Just around the corner from Eat Street but in a quiet area. Walls are a little thin so you can hear your neighbor pretty good, but I use a white noise maker to cover up the noise.

It's a great old house, very well positioned close to town. The one problem we had was that the house was overheated - despite the rather humid temperatures outside- which made it a bit difficult to sleep, even with the fan going. Otherwise, the breakfast was excellent, and everyone was very friendly.

Hi Jack, thanks for your feedback. The previous couple of days were very cold so we did put the heating on. It did warm up so we should have turned it back a bit.

The b&b was very nice, clean and good customer service. Handy location for the lake and central area. My only observation is that the accommodation was a little dated and in need of refurbishment .

Good proximity to main restaurants and lake Unfriendly staff No welcome for check in and very confusing. Not a true B&B. Just a house that is part of the close by motel.

Sorry you didn,t enjoy your stay. Your comments about the staff are very odd as we pride ourselves on offering great service. Our Staff rating by previous guests is very high. I do apologise if we you felt let down.I am sure is was unintentional.

Adorable B&B
It was very cute and walking distance to all the best restaurants in town. Barry was awesome, and was willing to bend over backwards to make our stay more enjoyable. Everything was kept clean, and the breakfast was fantastic.

Nice, quiet B&B in a very convenient, and pretty location. Walking distance to "Eat Street" which has some nice restaurants and pubs. The B&B is near the Lake and Park, which is very pretty. It's a nicely restored old house, reminding us of many B&B's we stayed at in Ireland. Great breakfast in the morning.

Ett familjehotell med enstaka rum i en villa där man delar vardagsrum och kök. Mycket trevlig personal och lätt att parkera. Gångavstånd till stadens centrum samt närliggande en sjö. Rent och trevligt boende. En av personalen kommer på morgonen och lagar frukosten.
