Happily stay again
We were pleasantly surprised by the motel as the cost was so reasonable and have stayed in places much less clean and comfortable for more money! Great location near the city centre, friendly, helpful staff and comfortable room. One change we would recommend is replacing the shower curtain to avoid water accidentally spraying on the floor. We would happily stay again. Thanks Kerry's Motel!

As others have noted, this property needs renovation. But, the room is large and clean. Good location as you can walk to downtown and Whakarewarewa Maori Village. The motel is on a busy road but is not noisy at night. The owner is helpful. Note that the office is not open often. Breakfast is not included.

was worth the price, close to malls and city centre, had really good time all facilities in the room and was a good time and slept wel at the hotel thank you kerry's motel

Budget accommodation did the job for one night
Basic accomodation, great location, however no facilities and very hot . Needed fans . Needs a decor update and revamp desperately, price needed to be cheaper for this accomodation

Nice hotel at a good price
Nice hotel and very friendly staff, room was a bit out dated but was nice, clean and comfortable, Staff were very friendly and gave us a stack of discount vouchers for local attractions and restaurants!

Found Parking an Issue. not wide enough.or well marked after returning from an event had to park on the road as no room to get vehicle onto property!! rooms were very tired and out of date. walls appear to be a bit thin as could hear people above above us and each side of us. how ever the owners were friendly and the rooms were clean

Basic motel
Has the basics that you need for a couple of nights away. Is showing its age and could do with a spring clean and tidy up. Good location only a 1km walk to central Rotorua. Staff very helpful and friendly. Car parking right at your door.

Hotel close to downtown Rotorua
Kerry's was in a good spot and priced well for us. They had basic cooking facilities which was useful. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

It's worth the price
Good place for a short stay in Rotorua and the price was inexpensive. Nice welcoming in the reception.

Small and basic but good!
It is a very small and basic motel but was very clean and tidy and was very impressed with the full kitchen and the provision of a dining room table. The only thing that wasn't great was the road noise. A busy road with lots of traffic going up and down so bring ear plugs.

Good value
As seems to be the case with many mid-range/budget motels in Rotorua they getting to be a bit tired and generally in need of a good 'freshen up". That said for the price and location this motel is in a good location and represented good value.

Nice place to stay
Rooms were a decent size, all be it a little dated, and the lighting situation in the bathroom and toilet needs to be looked as as you are almost showering in the dark. Traffic noise was noticable which the windows open, which you will need to do in the summer to keep the room cool. Nice place to stay if just stopping for a night on your travels.

There was a good motel. Hotel staffs were so kind and the room2 was quite clean and we could use wifi comfortably. I like this motel but there is a little far from i-site.
