Amazing view

We were all very happy with the property. So handy to the activities we were in Rotorua for. Quiet no traffic noise and the view was stunning. There is nothing we could criticise. Thank you for sgsring your home home with us. Would recommend to friends and family.

The house is very spacious and luxurious. I would even say the best I’ve stayed in Rotorua and this was the 3rd trip to celebrate a 21st in the family in the last 4years.Seating areas indoor and out comfortably sat the six of us. There were also spaces inside and out to split up to get something quiet (Duolingo) done.Commutation was clear and any questions were answered quickly.This would be my absolute first choice to hunt it down again the next time I want a holiday in Rotorua. The extra touch of a 21st balloon that put a huge smile on my daughters face was an appreciated extra.

Great home - better views

We loved our stay at this property. The house was large, well maintained, and was very clean (that’s a BIG issue for us). This place had a washer and a dryer.The deck has comfortable seating with a fireplace. All that pails when compared to the views. Property is conveniently located in Rotorua yet out of the way enough to overlook the city. My wife kept joking that we should buy the place. Owner was very responsive to any question we had. Check in/out was as easy as opening and closing a lockbox. We would definitely stay there again on our next visit.

Fantastic house with great views in a quiet area but easy access to the centre of town.The out door areas are great for relaxing and the size of the house for 7 adults was comfortable. Highly recommend this property.

Beautiful modern executive home with great views

Beautiful spacious and very comfortable home. High quality amenities, very comfortable beds. Communication from Lindsay was great and he allowed us to checkin earlier. We felt quite privileged in staying in this modern and beautiful home, and in hindsight we should have booked it it for longer than 2 nights. We highly recommend this home, you will love the experience.

Superb in all respects

We returned to Lindsay & Lynn’s lovely property.to escape the UK winter for the second consecutive year. This time the Rotorua weather co-operated and we had a great time exploring the locality. Cannot heap enough praise on the owners for the cleanliness, furnishing and comfort of their property. We would love to re-visit some time.

Lovely home.

This is a lovely home. Large, very clean, modern kitchen. The view is fabulous. We stayed in many wonderful places in New Zealand, but this was the best. Lindsay is a super host and gave us many great ideas of what to do. I hope we can return some day!

Absolutely gorgeous home.

We were extremely impressed with this property, it had everything you need, its spacious, its clean and tidy, instructions/guides are clear, by far the best place we have stayed. Not to mention the spectacular veiw in the morning with the sunise. This place felt home as soon as we walked in the door, we will definitely be staying again.
