"Stayed four nights in January. This property has significant potential, though some functional issues impacted my stay. On the positive side, the location is terrific and very walkable. The recent renovations show well; the kitchen is huge and well-equipped, the bathroom is modern, and the living area is spacious and well-laid-out. "We were not given the gate code, but that was sorted quickly. Location was fine. Enjoyed the trip's into Taupo and Acacia Bay. A coffee table would be handy. We made do with our "Chilly Bin". Nice to see Mount Ruapehu out the kitchen window. Nice tidy unit."

"The studio is a converted container and looks deceiving as inside it is well decked out , clean and warm and well appointed. Jan and Bill are lovely people and couldn't have done any more for us. The view was fab too. Well worth a visit. "

"Absolutely loved staying here, about 10 minutes from the town centre of Taupo, it was a quiet rural haven from the hustle and bustle of tourist central. Beautifully decorated, with dark skys and a wood fired barbeque our stay was very enjoyable. We we both sad to go."
