Why Go Again

We spent a magical 3 weeks last year and left wanting more.Luckily we managed to book the same period again this year and added a few days.The wearher was excellent, not surprising this is Florida in April/May.The view from the property still provides the WOW factor and luckily the Hurricanes of 2024 don't seem to have had any affect. The heated pool is always beckoning especially in late afternoon when the heat of the day is cooling. There's plenty to do within a car drive and the food in the restaurants is excellent and reasonably priced.The property managers are very friendly and go out of there way to help.Will we be returning for a third time? There's a good chance.

Heerlijk huis op een heerlijke locatie

We hebben genoten van dit prachtige huis en het geweldige zwembad. Het huis is mooi ingericht en door de ligging zeer vrij gelegen met een mooi uitzicht op de vijver achter de tuin. De buurt is rustig en zeer veilig en het strand is vlak bij. We komen zeker nog eens terug!

Beautiful Villa

Villa was faultless, kitchen had everything you needed, the bed was really comfortable, and the outside area was just stunning, completely private and the view of the lake and all the wildlife made our stay perfect. I would not hesitate to rent this villa again and hoping to come back next year

Paradise

We fell in love with the property at first sight. However the view from the patio was something else it was stunning. David Attenborough would have loved the wildlife on show and we got a glimpse of our first Coyote in the wild. The pool was as large as any of the villas we have previously visited in Rotonda. I amazed my wife I rarely use the pool, but this holiday I went in daily it was that good and to quote my wife, 'Just like getting in the bath'. The property company were very amenable and allowed us a late checkout. The only downside was having to leave, but I'm confident we'll return next year if it's available

Feels secluded, but close to so much!

Plenty of room and feels secluded even though it's surrounded by houses. Lovely house close to lots of attractions, niche restaurants and beaches! Host is helpful and responsive.

Rotonda West Visit

This house was perfect for our trip. Our purpose was a business trip but this was a wonderful way to relax after long days on the road. Spacious, clean, quiet and in a wonderful neighborhood.

Beautiful, comfortable, accommodating and clean!

We stayed for three days with our three children and had an amazing time. The house is gorgeous, beautifully decorated, very clean and well-stocked. The highlight is the amazing pool and lanai. Our kids swam the whole time and we saw lots of beautiful wildlife in the lake.

Great property, kitchen a little dingy but outdoor lanai and pool make up for kitchen. Downside: property for six people only two pool loungers..not enough and beach chairs are not suitable ,more for fishermen and no umbrella but saying all this we really enjoyed our stay.

Nice place to stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very quiet and we enjoyed the privacy and the sounds of nature. The pool was solar heated and it stayed between 85-87°. I like the pool on the warm side and it was perfect! The house was well stocked with basic necessities and a full kitchen. Rotonda West is a nice area and it was easy to navigate. Would definitely recommend this place!

Everything we needed and more!

The house was even better than expected. Had everything we needed and more. Located on a quiet street. Perfect for walks and biking. Enjoyed the use of the bikes. The house was beautiful and clean. The pool was perfect and the lanai area was very spacious. Can’t wait to return!

The house is one of the best we have stayed in. Well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Will definitely stay again if available. Only downside, had to leave 5 days early to flee Hurricane Ian. Hope the house was spared.

awesome

once we got in things were perfect. we arrived after dark and there was a little confusion, the house was not well lit and the address was on a mailbox across the street. we called Jean and she set us straight. :) the ac was not running the second day so Jean sent her husband over within 10 minutes, he could not fix it but they had a service company over within 1 hour that got it up and running! things can go wrong at any time but they had things handled on the spot!!! excellent service!!! the neighborhood was quiet and the house is very private. we would come back again and recommend to anybody. thanks!!

Wonderful Stay

We have stayed in Englewood a few times but not at this property and have to say its the best property we have stayed in. Fantastic facilities my daughter loved the swimming pool and learnt to swim in it. The property is in a good location and isn't too far from the beaches and amenities. We will definitely be returning! Thank you for making my daughters first experience in Englewood a happy one.
