The house is immaculate, beautifully decorated, and well equipped. We enjoyed the pool and loved the sunsets over the lake. Golf courses are nearby with very friendly staff. A Perfect Family Getaway in Rotonda!

We had an absolutely wonderful repeat stay at Dave & Diane’s beautiful home in Rotonda! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and comfortable. The house was spotless, spacious, and had everything our family needed for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, the beds were very comfortable, and the layout was perfect for both spending time together and giving everyone their own space.The highlight for us was the pool and lanai area—so peaceful and private, with a gorgeous view of the pond. We spent hours swimming, relaxing, boating, and enjoying the Florida sunshine. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and it was a great location for exploring local beaches, golf courses, and restaurants.The hosts were responsive, kind, and made everything so easy from booking to check-out. We truly felt at home and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly stay in Florida!

Spectacular Home!

Definitely a 10 out of 10! We have just returned from a blissful, peaceful holiday. The home itself was wonderfully equipped, with everything supplied .Many an hour enjoyed sitting on the lanai, watching all the bird and animal life. As ex holiday home owners ourselves, we found that this home was of an exceptional standard. Even hurricane Helene didn't affect us much and the owners were in constant communication during this time, keeping us aware of what to do. Well done Diane and David.

Traumhaus in ruhiger Nachbarschaft

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön. Die Aufteilung ist perfekt. Hilfreiche Tipps und Tricks vorhanden. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen - alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Mehr Küchengeräte als man braucht, wirklich an alles gedacht. Sehr nette Vermieter und direkt erreichbar. Die Klimaanlage wollte nicht so recht und es wurde direkt sonntags ein Techniker bestellt, der kurz darauf eingetroffen ist. Wir haben uns auf jeden Fall sehr wohl gefühlt.

Great private stay near beaches

We loved staying at this house. The owners are very responsive. We didn't have any issues, and the pictures show exactly what the house is like. There are a lot of amenities, including bikes, golf clubs, pool floats and noodles, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and coolers. The beaches are about 20 minutes away, but it is very easy to get to the beaches. Restaurants are about 20 minutes away, too, but there are some fast food chains closer. I would recommend this home to anyone. It was great!

We enjoyed our spring break stay at David & Diane’s. The home is conveniently located near our favorite local beaches, tennis courts, shops and restaurants. Relax in Rotonda West

Our vacation home had everything we needed to relax after a busy family wedding. It’s a great location to numerous beautiful beaches which are only 20 minutes away. And when you don’t want to picnic on the beach; our vacation home was close to great local restaurants, shopping, hiking and a fantastic community parks for the pickleball enthusiasts The kitchen was well supplied and spacious for making those yummy family recipes The sleeping arrangements were fantastic and the beds were so so comfortable All in all, we will be back soon
