This house was just amazing. Everything about the place was wonderful. The home was clean and kitchen well stocked. The location was close to the bike trail and a park was also within walking distance, beach a short drive away. Highly recommend this location

Beautiful home and very clean. Love the lanai/pool/hot tub. We love the area too. Not too crowded or commercialized but still some great restaurants to choose from. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood in the mornings. We loved our stay.

Nice place overall

Convenient location to Port Charlotte, Englewood, North Port area to visit family. Loved having 2 master suites. Kitchen could have been stocked better with pots, pans, utensils, sharp knives for cooking Thanksgiving dinner, but other days was sufficient. House was clean, but had dead ants in bathrooms and house spiders/webs in window frames and corners. Host was willing to send pest control but that wasn't necessary after we cleaned up. Front door was very tricky to get locked. Didn't get a chance to use the pool but it looked nice. Quiet neighborhood.

Great House in West Rotunda

House was perfect. Very clean. Well furnished. Everything worked. Very nice setting with pool in back on a pond. Jean, the property manager was good to work with. Helpful and responsive but not intrusive.

Wonderful modern property

Well equipped home with lovely pool and hot tub. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen . Included items for the beach and safety pool fence for visiting grandchildren.

Winter Get-Away

The house was very spacious! More room than just 2 of us needed but enjoyed the layout! Neighborhood was quiet, convenient to golf. Loved the walking path around the Community Park. Pool was well maintained, warm (even in February).

13 Medalist Terrace

This home is nicely appointed and has plenty of space and light. The entire house was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood is very walkable and quiet. My only suggestion would be to provide a few more dishes and perhaps replace a few of the pans with non-stick surfaces. Overall this is a wonderful new home in a very nice neighborhood!

Beautiful Stay

This was a beautiful stay. Everything was immaculate, each room was very spacious with their own bathroom, pool & hot tub stayed at a comfortable temperature and the beach was 10minutes. Definitely would recommend and stay again.

Beautiful home, very responsive owners/management team

Home was beautiful as shown in photographs. Very clean, plenty of amenities. We had a bit of an issue with internet/tv the first couple of days into our trip but we must say, the response from Jean was always very quick - they worked incredibly hard to get us back online and solve the tv issue as well. We appreciate as well, the owners being involved in trying their best to make the calls needing to be made. We understand these things happen and is likely very rare in this home. We were still able to enjoy this home!

Quiet and Beautiful

We enjoyed our stay very much. The home, pool, and jacuzzi was beautiful. Excellent layout for two couples vacationing together. Plenty of space! However, we found what a few other reviews stated about needing better cleanliness to be true. Place hadn't been dusted, there was hair all over the floors, and debris under the nightstands and beds. But this didn't affect our two week stay whatsoever. We took care of these things ourselves to make it home. But I would recommend hiring a better cleaning company. The four of us agreed that we would definitely stay here again. Overall, nice home, features, and location.

I really loved this property, house was big and well laid out and the sliding back doors were great for indoor outdoor living with the pool as a back drop. the neighborhood is quite and seams very safe, we rode the bikes to the park, it was clean and had lots of things to play on. I could not give this house a 5 star rating because it was NOT properly cleaned. There was only 6 dinner plates, 6 forks 5 spoons and 1 had possibly had been in the garbage disposal. When we arrived at the house all counter tops were dirty, glass water rings on tables along with small peaces of food, old coffee in coffee pot, the kitchen cabinets had dried food splattered on the surface and the back patio furniture was all miss arranged. I would suggest getting a new cleaning crew along with silverware and plates. Despite those problems we enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this house.
