Something different

I stumbled across this beautiful little community and gorgeous house by chance. We always stay in Panama City and I just needed something different. the host is absolutely the sweetest ever, she checks in with you is so easy to communicate with and the house was beautiful and fully stocked from the outside grill, kitchen, beach towels the whole nine yards, everything we needed was there . My teens and nephew LOVED the pool and the fact that it’s private and covered is amazing. Englewood beach is about 15 minutes drive and Venice beach is onward about 45 mins. Several beach roads are currently still closed and non accessible however there are places to park and walk too. Previous hurricanes (Milton and Helene) really devastated large parts of all of the counties that surround Rotonda west, even as far as fort Walton beach, we seen damaged. We found so many shark teeth on the days we actually got to get beach time in. The downside was the weather and it stormed pretty hard every day of our stay between 3-8pm so that was a bummer but that was at no fault to anyone, so we made the best of the time we were able to get in! This house was so easy to relax in, the master bathroom shower was immaculate, and the beds, omg the beds!!!! LITERALLY THESE WERE THE BEST MOST COMFORTABLE BEDS I have ever slept in! 10/10 would stay here again!

Amazing home and host.

This property is truly amazing as well as are the hosts. Great communication from the very beginning. The property is everything listed and more. You have everything you need, great location, the most relaxing pool area. We felt right at home and I’m already looking forward to coming back. I can’t say enough about how wonderful my trip was.

Relaxing Rotonda West

We enjoyed every aspect of our stay at this property. The landscaping around the house and the view from the pool are gorgeous. The neighborhood is quiet. The house and pool are well kept. The heated pool is worth the money spent! Blessed with sunshine and 80-85 degree weather every day of our stay, allowed us to spend many hours in the unique pool. The bathroom in the pool area is a nice convenience. We appreciated the short drive from the Punta Gorda Airport and to Gaspirilla Island. Our family enjoyed several nearby businesses: Sassy Tarts Bakery, Nico B's pizza, and Swirls and Curls Ice Cream. A relaxed, less crowded area of Florida made our vacation beyond pleasant! The property manager was quick to respond to our inquires, very helpful, and made our stay more comfortable. We hope to rent this property again!

Family vacation

My family and I stayed for a week. The kids loved the pool and that it was close to the beach. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay!

Excellent stay as advertised with excellent responsive and helpfull host. We are returning rental vacationers out of The Netherlands/Belgium for over 15 years in Rotonda Florida. This house was as promised. We had a pleasant stay and used the heated pool and bbq a lot. Sun orientation is nicely to the south and the porch is couzy in the evenings as well. The third toilet/washroom outside near the pool is concenient as well as the outside shower. Our hosts were quick responsive and very helpfull.

Great property to rent!

easy access to the beaches, interstate 75. The house was clean and spacious. The pool was clean and heated. Easy communication with the owner. If in the area again I would rent this home. Thank you for your accommodations

Awesome Vacation

We spent 15 days at this house. House is wonderful. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking which we did do. Pool and lanai were great. Kids all had a great time swimming and we ate most of our meals outside. Photos were absolutely spot on. House has open feel and spacious rooms. Kim is a great manager. Very responsive to answering any questions before we arrived. We had a couple of issues that came up during our stay and again Kim was very helpful in resolving quickly. Overall, we were very happy with our stay, and would highly recommend this property.

Great long weekend away

Proximity to beach was great. Despite devastation from hurricane in area plenty of fabulous restaurants to dine at. Grocery store short drive away. Spent most of our days in the outdoor space. Plenty of space and the home had everything we needed.

Beautiful, modern house!

We loved this house! We were impressed walking through the front door! Perfect for families! Has everything you need for a great vacation! The pool is great too! It felt like our home away from home! The location was exactly where we needed to be to be close to friends we were visiting and our favorite beach. Communication with Kim, property manager was great, she was quick to respond if we needed her. Bathrooms were equipped with what we needed and plenty of storage and hanging space in the closets. We used the pool a lot and loved it. The house is just as pictured and described . We like to cook at home and we had everything we needed to do so. We hope to come back soon :)! 10 out of 10 would recommend. Clean, close to several beaches, great communication.

We took the whole family (5 kids) to enjoy the gulf beaches for summer vacation. This home was located close to several different beaches and very reasonably priced. Everything was clean and new. The kitchen was stocked with supplies. The kids loved the pool. There were beach towels and a beach umbrella for the family. The manager, Kim, was welcoming, communicative, and responsive. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay close to Englewood, Manasota, or Venice beaches.
