Great for a family with young kids

The pool was fun for our kids. I loved that the doors to access the pool all had locks at the top so my young kids couldn’t get to the pool area on their own. Loved all the beach supplies- cooler, chairs, toys, umbrella etc. it made going to the beach so much easier. All the kitchen equipment we needed was available. Everything was great!

Beautiful Location for A Getaway

Best place for a getaway, everything was perfect, clean and spacious! Pool was perfect and the view as well. Thank you Todd and Melissa for such hospitality we enjoyed our stay, we couldn't have picked a better place to celebrate our wedding anniversary our 3 babies enjoyed it a well! Home away from home.

As Todd said, everything we needed was provided. We had our grandchildren come for one week. We all enjoyed the well maintained pool.The Beach toys were a great addition when we took them to the nearby beach. Next time, I will leave some things at home! I overpacked. Todd was readily available to answer any questions we had. If you're looking for a comfortable place to stay, this is it!

Great family get away

Beds were comfy, house was nicely stocked, equipped nicely for the visits to the beaches, pool was clean and maintained weekly, owners checked in on us. Our family had a great time and would consider coming back again in the future! Thanks for a great trip!

Fantastic property

The pictures don’t do this place justice! Beautiful property and absolutely lovely neighborhood. Our family and friends spent a week here and enjoyed every minute of it. Todd and Melissa were very communicative every time we had a question both before and during our time here. Will definitely come back again!

Awesome place. Owners are wonderful

This is an awesome house, well stocked with everything you may need. It exceeded our expectations. For a change it was nicer than the pictures!!! Extremely clean and well taken care of. We enjoyed it totally. Even skipped going to the beach one day to stay and hang out around the pool.

Beautiful Lanai with Pool

This rental is a very nice home in a quiet neighborhood with nearby golf and beaches. Todd is a very responsive host, and the result for us was a wonderful month-long stay.

Perfect Escape!

This stay was amazing! My dad had recently passed away, so I drove down to Florida with my dog, and rented this house for my mom and I to have a break. It was awesome! Super clean and cute. The owners are awesome and were quick to respond with any questions. The neighborhood is cute and quiet. I enjoyed running my dog and meeting neighbors. There is nothing I wouldn't recommend about this place! The owners definitely know how to host!

After the year 2020, my wife and I needed this very much. Property had everything listed. Exceptionally cleaned. Neighbor hood was the quietest I have ever experienced. We would go beach in morning and enjoy pool in afternoon. Owner contacted me way before I went on vacation which was appreciated and answered all questions I had. Fantastic time. Thanks

Looking forward to staying again in this oasis!

The house was crystal clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with the basics and a little more for those like us who like to cook home made meals. The communication with the owner was fast and reliable. The pool was perfect and the patio furniture was exactly what we needed to relax. If you are looking for a quite, clean and family friendy house, THIS IS IT!

Exactly what we were looking for!

My sister & I were visiting the Rotonda West area for a first ever long weekend of some R&R (without husbands and kids!) and had some very specific items on our wish list for accommodations. All we really wanted out of our time there was to sit by a nice pool, drink wine, and catch up chatting non-stop all weekend. We wanted: -a heated, screened-in pool -at least 2 bedrooms that opened to the pool, so we wouldn't argue over who gets the "better room" -a nice lounging area both inside & out by the pool -a quiet & safe neighborhood, but not too far from shops/restaurants -and the typical expectations of clean, comfortable, and cost appropriate. This house far exceeded our expectations! When we arrived we were thrilled! The house had such a great layout. The master bedroom and the other 2 bedrooms were on opposite sides of the house, which was great for privacy. The larger of the 2 guest rooms was very nice and also faced the pool area. We each had our own bathroom to use too, which was great. The living/kitchen space was open concept, and there were large sliding glass doors leading out to the pool area. We just loved the layout of the house because we could continue conversation even if one of us needed to get up and go inside or into another room for something. The kitchen is very tastefully updated too, that was a bonus! We didn't plan to do any cooking, so we weren't even taking the kitchen into consideration, but it really added to the experience to enjoy a nice kitchen. Each morning we got a kick out of watching people play golf while sitting out drinking coffee, and observing the birds & turtles in view. We felt very safe in the house, even at night. We had every intention of eating out for every meal, but we were enjoying relaxing at the house so much, we were pleasantly surprised to find a very good non-chain pizza delivery restaurant to take advantage of (Joe's Pizza). Also, the owners were very fast to respond to questions ahead of arrival, and are even going out of their way to mail something back to me that I left in the closet, much appreciated! I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this house again! Thanks!
