  • Nuestra casa privada se encuentra entre los majestuosos pinos y palmeras, en una tranquila y apacible zona residencial segura,. Está situado en Rotonda Lagos en la costa del Golfo de Florida conocida por sus numerosos campos de golf y hermosas playas de arena blanca y suave.

    Nuestro hogar libre de humo dispone de aire acondicionado, un dormitorio principal de matrimonio completa con walk-in closet y baño en suite y una puerta que conduce a la terraza. El cuarto de baño tiene una ducha a ras de suelo, él y ella lavabos y un baño privado. El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas y un armario doble. La tercera habitación tiene dos camas individuales, un armario grande y walk-in closet. Las dos habitaciones comparten un baño que incluye una bañera / ducha, tocador y baño.

    La casa tiene una amplia sala de estar abierta amueblada con 2 sofás reclinables de cuero y TV con satélite. Las puertas dobles conducen a la terraza y la piscina. Hay un comedor formal con capacidad para hasta 8 personas.

    La cocina está equipada con todos los electrodomésticos y utensilios y tiene una mesa con asientos para 4. Hay un teléfono con llamadas ilimitadas en los EE.UU. y el acceso de banda ancha a Internet ilimitado y gratuito situado en la zona de recepción de la cocina. House was absolutely perfect. Exactly as described. Clear instructions for arrival and departure. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access to town and beaches. Had everything we needed and more. Very well furnished. Pool was excellent.

We absolutely loved our stay! The home is beautiful, spacious, and spotless. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, with a private backyard that made it easy to relax and unwind. The neighbors were so friendly and even offered to help if we needed anything. The location was also ideal — just a short drive to the beaches, restaurants, and shops. We can’t wait to come back!

Very relaxing and private

This was our fourth time staying here and we love the peace and tranquility of the very private pool and back yard, listening to the birds singing, watching the gopher tortoise make his rounds and the evening rabbits munching on grass.

Comfortable home away from home

This home was very clean, comfortable and well appointed for our week's stay. Great location close to Pioneer Trail, Golfing, Pickleball and Local Beaches. Would gladly stay at this property in the future. Hosts answered all questions very quickly. Located in a wonderful neighbourhood.

Wonderful! This home is so comfortable and was stocked with everything you might need! We throughly enjoyed the pool and the secluded yard. We loved listening to the mocking bird and watching the rabbits and the gopher tortoises. We have stayed at many vacation homes and Dan and Anita’s by far has the best kitchen. The house was spotless and communication was good. There were 2 nice bikes available. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Private Oasis

We just ended our second month long stay at this peaceful property and we are always sad to leave. The private backyard surrounded by trees and palms attracts various birds and wildlife, including their resident gopher tortoise and her friends, while you relax in the heated pool watching the sunset or dining on the patio. Plenty of room (and tableware) to host family and friends, clean and comfortable rooms including a bright kitchen with every amenity, linen, supply you can think of. It is a perfect location to visit several beaches within 20-40 minutes, not including top ten beach Siesta Key about an hour away. If you are looking in the Englewood/Rotunda area you probably already know this is the perfect spot! This well maintained home is a restful, pleasurable base for adventures, or a spending a secluded tropical retreat.

La casa es preciosa, nosotros la elegimos por la picina climatizada por la niña,pero nunca funciono,

Nos comunicamos con el dueño,el quizo solucionar el problema,pero las personas que llegaron nunca lo pudieron solucionar,entonces pasamos la semana sin la picina climatizada. Por ese motivo rente esa casa ,pero hay cosas que ya no depende de uno,uno aprende de las experiencias, la casa esta muy bonita serca de todo,gracias

Great house for a get away!

We have stayed at this location 5 times now. The house has everything you will need. We Love the area, great restaurants love the beaches. The pool is perfect.

Quiet place to stay in Rotunda West

This home was perfect for our vacation. It was spacious and had all we needed for cooking meals at the house. We used the small coolers to pack waters and lunch for the beach, two adult beach chairs (one child’s chair), boogie board, beach towels, nice bath towels and so many other amenities available. The neighborhood is quiet with tortoises and hares nearby… take note 😉. The pool was refreshing and early mornings on the lanai with a cuppa were secluded on all three sides from neighbors. Our local friends will be suggesting this home for their various guests that come throughout the year. Thank you for a lovely place at a reasonable price. We hope to return.

Everything as described

We had an amazing time. The rental was everything as pictured. Very clean. Agent (Dan McKenzie) was very prompt, professional and helpful with any questions I had. Definitely would recommend and I’d stay here again.

Excellent choice!

This property was everything you need when you're on vacation with kids! The check in was a breeze! Extremely clean, well stocked with all kinds of kitchenware, huge pots, little pots, lots of little things in the utensils drawer, like garlic squizer, potato masher etc. The pool, oh my goodness, was it the highlight of this property! Amazingly taken care of! With an option to be heated if the water is too cold. The bedrooms were nice, good beds, nice linens. Lots of towels too. Master bedroom bed was a bit too squeaky though )) Very quiet area, secluded from neighbors from 3 sides with a green area, we even spotted some rabbits and turtles on couple of occasions. Within 20-30 min from really nice beaches with amenities. If you come with a baby or a toddler, there is a portable crib (pack-n-play) and a high chair available, wich was a tremendous help with feeding our toddler and keeping the food off of floors. Will definitely stay here again, no doubt!

Great house and vacation area

This property is lovely. Great kitchen with everything you need. The large smart TV was a treat as usually the TV at rentals is not as nice as my home TV. The Wifi was a bit slow at times but more than adequate. The pool was great. Everything was very clean. We went to beaches on Boca Grande and Englewood which were very beautiful.
