"As a family with two small children, the apartment was ideal. Beds were comfy, kitchen was well equipped, and the view from the sitting room to die for! The kids loved using the binoculars to look at the boats in the bay. The bathroom is small with just a shower (no bath) but fine for a few days. 5-minute drive from the big Co-op in Rothesay."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The check in with Isobel was very smooth and easy. The cottage is actually bigger than the front view suggests, as it has been extended at the rear. "Spent a lovely few days at the Hobbit Cottage. It has a dog friendly garden and it is a short walk to Kames Bay. You can access the Cathedral of the Isles from the end of the cul-de-sac which takes less than 5 minutes. The cottage is well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. June, our host, was very attentive and you only had to ask if you needed anything."
