Our beautiful vacation home is located in a quiet yet central area of the Hanseatic city of Rostock, near the banks of the Warnow River.

The entire vacation home is luxuriously furnished and offers every amenity.

It sleeps 11 guests across 4 bedrooms with box-spring beds and Smart TVs, spread over 3 floors. The cozy XXL living room suite also invites you to relax in front of the 75-inch TV, where you can play Xbox even on rainy days.

You can enjoy moments of relaxation in the infrared sauna or in front of the fireplace.

Two bathrooms with walk-in showers or corner bathtubs are available to our guests. The north-facing terrace behind the house offers another highlight: a heated outdoor hot tub, an outdoor fireplace, and a double sun lounger are all provided for your relaxation.

In addition, the house is equipped with a crib, a high chair, and a rocking horse for our younger guests.

The covered south-facing terrace is furnished with two outdoor sofas and a large dining table.

Our fully equipped open kitchen, complete with a refrigerator, stove, oven, toaster, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, and much more, offers everything you need to prepare a great breakfast or dinner. At the large extendable dining table, you’ll enjoy high-quality seating.

Park for free right at the Royal Ocean vacation home in our parking lot behind the house. Additional free parking spaces are available just 50 meters away on the main street.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge in the accommodation.
Games and books for adults are available free of charge.
Quiet hours from 20:00-8:00 must be observed.
