The apartment features a large LCD TV, CD/DVD player, fridge, dishes, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, microwave with grill function, and toaster. Additionally, the accommodation includes a 15 sqm conservatory.

The accommodation does not have a kitchen. However, a fridge, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, and dishes for preparing breakfast are provided.
