A small one-room cottage in the city center, yet in a quiet location. The 35 square meters can accommodate up to 3 people for sleeping. There is a pull-out double bed and a sleeper sofa. The apartment has a small open kitchen and a small bathroom with a shower.

In front of the house is a large, fenced-in, furnished patio with a charcoal grill.
On the patio, there is a gazebo with patio furniture.

Check-in starts at 4:00 p.m.; check-out is by 10:00 a.m. at the latest. The key is stored in a key safe located directly at the property.

Dogs are allowed (max. 1 small dog, max. 50 cm tall)
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
Free baby equipment available upon request and subject to availability: crib, high chair.

Wi-Fi is free for you in the accommodation.
Books are available free of charge.

Please note: Behind the house is a rainwater collection basin belonging to the Hanseatic City of Rostock. It has been in operation for over 100 years, which may cause odors.

Quiet hours must be observed between 20:00-8:00.
