Your holiday house
Your villa consists of 2 floors, 4 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 100 sqm and can accommodate up to 6 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. Air conditioning with heat pump. The entrance is ground level and leads over a terrace directly in the kitchen living with doors to all rooms. The villa could be a semi-detached house. The photos of the house are for illustrative purposes only. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with lounge and TV. You have access to the terrace (together with living room / bedroom). Bedroom with 1 double bed, (appropriate under 3 years) and 1 baby bed and ON REQUEST an additional person can be accommodated at the price of € 15.00 per night (to be paid on site). Cooking nook in the living room with dishwasher, gas stove (4 burners), oven and refrigerator (freezer). You have access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
1st floor: Bedroom with 2 single beds and (it could be 1 bedroom with 2 single beds or with a bunk bed). Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your villa is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed, high chair for children and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Location
Albarella. Die Villa befindet sich auf einem offenen Gartengrundstück mit Wiese und Bäumen. Der Vermieter wohnt nicht im Haus oder auf dem Grundstück. Die Zufahrt erfolgt über eine Nebenstraße. Parkplatz (für 2 Pkws) auf der Straße vor dem Haus.

Klimaanlage, Zentralheizung. Gitterbett, Internetzugang (WLAN), Safe und Waschmaschine. Fernsehempfang erfolgt via Satellit.
Zu Ihrer Sicherheit ist die Unterkunft ausgestattet mit CO2-Melder und Feuerlöscher.

The swimming hall in the sports centre (1 Olympic swimming pool, 1 children's pool, 2 small pools) is open, open from: 13.05.23 - 10.09.23 (depending on the weather). The sports centre is located 1-3 kilometres from the houses. The houses are spread across the entire island.
