The main house features a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a cozy sitting area leading to the sleeping quarters, and a separate living room, designed for relaxing winter evenings. The property also includes an additional full bathroom and a laundry area.

On the first floor, the staircase on the left leads to three double bedrooms, served by a shared bathroom. The master bedroom, accessible via the staircase on the right, features an en-suite bathroom, access to the terrace, and an additional sitting area reserved exclusively for guests of the suite.

On the other side of the courtyard, the second independent unit offers a charming private living room and a dedicated relaxation area.

Beneath this second unit, a charming covered portico houses an outdoor dining area, allowing you to enjoy meals surrounded by nature, comfortably sheltered from the sun.
