Apartment 200 meters from the sandy beach and pine forest

The La Mazzanta two-room apartment is located a short distance from the Etruscan Riviera in a small hamlet of the same name in the municipality of Rosignano Marittimo (province of Livorno). The pleasantly furnished apartment is on the first floor of a modern house and features a kitchen-living room with a dining area and a sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed and an additional single bed, as well as a bathroom and a washing machine. The spacious balcony is equipped with an awning. On the first floor, guests have access to an outdoor area. The apartment is 100 meters from the pine forest and 200 meters from the sea, making it ideal for both beach vacations and family vacations.



The town has established itself as a renowned seaside paradise, as the village has been awarded the Blue Flag multiple times over the years for the excellent quality of its waters. The beaches in the area consist partly of sand and partly of pebbles. Here and there, the remains of World War II forts emerge from the sea. Mazzanta is surrounded by a pine forest that extends north to Vada and south to the mouth of the Cecina River.



The Etruscan Coast south of Livorno is very diverse and presents itself in many different ways: deep, endless beaches alternate with high, windy cliffs, some of which are sheltered by pine forests. There are numerous resort towns along this stretch of coast, frequented by both locals and tourists from the rest of Italy, especially during the summer. From south to north, the Etruscan Coast includes the towns of Piombino, San Vincenzo, Castagneto Carducci, Bibbona, Cecina, Rosignano Marittimo, and finally the regional capital, Livorno—and it’s well worth exploring the entire stretch. You should also take the time to drive inland. Just a few kilometers from the coast, you’ll find yourself in the heart of one of Tuscany’s most renowned wine-growing regions.
