"Super cute property! The house was very clean and the kitchen is well stocked. The backyard is fantastic with lots of space, a fire pit, grill area and games. The garage was also fantastic with a pool table and bar tables. Wish we had more time to enjoy all that the house had to offer. The hosts are super friendly and very responsive. "The host was particularly responsive to all our request. The property was very comfortable and safe. We had packages delivers and received everything we ordered. The property is located in the 3rd Ward of Houston located across the street from an elementary school, which cut way down on excessive street traffic. The living room furniture was not the most comfortable although it was clean and relatively new. "

"Nice property in the arts district - within walking distance to Spring Street bike trail, food/coffee/ restaurants (Sawyer Yards, etc.), art studios, and Target. Clean property. Enough space for 6 adults or a large family given 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths. Along the railroad track but sound is not a major disturbance. Neighborhood is nice though a couple properties next to the unit are rundown (other post mentions this). Would stay again! "
