We live local to this house and we’re looking for someone bigger than our apartment to do a small Friendsgiving. This place was hands down the best please to pick. Starting with the amazing scenery down to the kitchen stocked with almost everything we needed this place had everything. If we ever need a place again we will 100% be back

We stayed for a family wedding and it was a great house. Comfortable, clean and the patio and river access were great! I would recommend and stay again!

River House - GREAT STAY!

We loved our stay. The property was in a great location, the house was clean and well decorated and the beds were very comfy. Would recommend to friends and family!

This was a beautiful place. We really enjoyed every aspect. The house was clean & cozy. The outside space was huge and fun. We loved being outside. Loved seeing the deer in the area. Loved the sound of the river flowing behind the house. We enjoyed the fire pit and the corn hole game! Kitchen was supplied well with cookware. Communication was spot on, questions were answered promptly. Would love to go back someday! Highly recommend this house and going to Crater Lake while in the area!

Great stay and convenient

We fit a lot in during our 4 day stay! A trip to Bandon to enjoy the ocean, wine tasting at Cooper Ridge and Knostman Family Winery, and waterfalls. We enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub each night. The house was nicely decorated and met all of our needs! We walked the neighborhood and spent time at the river. Abby was spot on with her communication. We highly recommend booking a stay at the Monroe River House!

Girls Getaway Trip: Yacht Rock, Mumus, and Margaritas

We absolutely loved our stay at this gorgeous house on the river. We had chosen it because of the hot tub and beautiful location, but learned that the previous guests had caused some problems with the hot tub and it wouldn't be available during our stay. When we expressed our disappointment to Abby, she showed up immediately fixed the problem, and refilled the hot tub so we could use it. She was great!The decor of the house, large bathrooms, and amazing outdoor areas were exceptional. Although we had discussed going out to do some activities, we changed our minds and decided to hang out down at the river, on the covered outdoor patio, and in the hot tub. The house was so comfortable that we really didn't not want to leave. We will definitely stay there again.

PERFECT PROPERTY on RIVER

The Monroe River House in Roseburg, OR was the perfect home for us. The master bedroom was spacious, and the bed was super comfortable. Having an additional BR and bathroom was a bonus, too. The house and kitchen were well-stocked and had everything we needed and more - like plastic bags to keep food in, etc. The yard was huge, and we spent a few afternoons hanging out at the little beach on the river at the bottom of the property. The area is beautiful with lots of local wineries nearby. We took side-trips to Crater Lake, Bandon on the coast, and the Redwoods in Northern, CA. Lastly, our host, Abby was dynamite and made sure everything was perfect for our stay.

Unethical billing

Nice property but will not be returning. Had no electricity for the second half of our stay so we had to leave and book elsewhere. The host refused to only charge us for the time we stayed and charged for a night we weren’t there. When confronted they told me it was their policy to charge the full amount of days regardless of whether or not the house has electricity
