Great cabin and location for fishing. Has everything you need, fully stocked kitchen and plenty of space for big groups to spread out. Separate shed with sleeping quarters has sitting area and games so you can hang out. Beds are comfortable, which is very nice!! Overall great place! t

We stayed up in Warroad for a youth hockey tournament. Renting the house from Sara and Rick was awesome for two hockey families. Only 8 mins to the rink and close to fishing! Skip the cramped hotel room and stay here!

This was a fun vacation for fishing with family and friends. The property owners are friendly and helpful. The yard is smaller than we thought but minor. Everything we needed was available and the marina slip was a nice add on. The marina is weedy though so be aware.

If you are debating renting this place…just do it! You won’t regret it. Thinking about making this a yearly family get together location. Sara and Rick are amazing! They are very accommodating and easy to work with. 10/10 recommend.

We stayed here for a business ice fishing trip and it was exactly what we needed. It was spacious enough so everyone had their own privacy along with providing a ton of room to hang out. The manager even brought us some eggs when we asked where we could get some. Great place and I would stay here again!

Got a chance to stay at this cabin and had a great time at this location. The property was very clean and had all of the amentities. Had some rain wgile we were there but space plentiful and enjoyed some cards and games as a family. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone who is planning a fishing trip or just wanting to get away amf relax.

Every year we choose a new place to stay for our annual summer trip. We were VERY happy with our choice! Clean, well-stocked, friendly people, etc. It was wonderful and highly recommend! The ONLY thing I could think of that would be nice is a microwave and a few dishes in the shed. Not a big deal at all, just a suggestion!

Fishung families if you are looking for a cabin for 6-14, this place is perfect. There wasn't a detail that was missed. Comfortable, clean, cabin with plenty of space and indoor fish cleaning sink, large garage to hang out, deep fryer, traeger grill, blakstone griddle, portable fire pit, with dry wood stacked in the garage, golf cart, boat slip and onsite access to public boat access. Sara and Rick are the most amazing hosts and the walleye fishing was pretty fantastic too!

I tell ya Rick & Sara went above and beyond for us, they are amazing hosts. The cabin, shop & living quarters within the shop are clean & set up great for fishing, hunting and outdoor adventures. I've stayed here twice, once for a fishing trip with 10 guys & then again with a group of youth for hunting. I highly recommend this place. Great experiences! I will be back. Thanks again Rick & Sara for every you do, keep up the good work.

Nice vacation, we just came to see relatives but during the off time it was nice to ride around on the golf cart and visit the bar/grill on the property. Everything was there, just like home. Would certainly come here again.
