I came to Morristown, TN and stay between mid January through mid February to help my niece settled in for college. I highly recommend this hotel for many reasons. Location is perfect, near college campus, mall, bank, restaurants. Customer service: From the manager to the people who clean the rooms, all were very nice and helpful. Horrible, super dirty and the bathroom leaks water and apart from Cash they charged us extra money, paying for 2 rooms that were each for 4 people and we were 6 people and they still charged the same and apart from that they charged...
