Spectacular Lake Front Home on Beautiful Higgins Lake with Amazing Sunset Views

Beautifully new furnished year-round ranch home with a bonus loft room. Floor plan is wide open with plenty of living and activity space to make family memories. Kitchen, living and dining rooms have a view of the lake to soak in the crystal clear waters and breath-taking sunsets. Enjoy a cup of coffee every morning on the porch rocking chairs and listen to the waves hit the shore. Home has 60 feet of sand beach frontage given unobstructed 180' views of Higgins Lake. Located on the south side of Higgins Lake, waist-deep water for several hundred feet make way for kids to enjoy a water playground of activities. Plenty of beach chairs are provided and there is a fire pit on the beach for night time smores and family gatherings.

The cottage has 5 bedrooms plus a futon room to make 6 separate sleeping areas. The beds are as follows:

2 queen beds
2 twins beds
1 king bed
1 full pull-out futon
2 full beds in upstairs loft

All linens and bath towels are provided. Starter toliet paper and paper towel rolls and trash bags provided. Cable/Internet, gas fireplace, air-conditioning, washer/dryer (please start 1st load of linens for cleaning person when you leave) included. Grill available outside along with boat buoys.

Cross Country Ski Headquarters, Stone Turtle Yoga, hiking trails around Marl Lake, South Higgins Lake State Park, Ice Cream and party store shops just 1-3 miles away.
