Uncomfortable, worn out mattresses, too little hot water for 1 person to shower, kitchen and bath sizes smaller than our boat's. Outside, too far from the lakefront to anchor a fishing boat, but good picnic table and fire ring. Unit was clean and heat worked well.

Very clean and comfortable! It has well water so make sure to pack extra waters for drinking and cooking. The shower did not stay hot for 1/3 of the guests so maybe it’s down to luck. Great stay! Would recommend!

Overall we had a fantastic stay, The bathroom was the only unpleasant experience of the entire 3 days the door would stick when closed causing some distress to my wife (extremely claustrophobic) and It is NOT “Fat guy friendly” every other aspect of the stay was fantastic really enjoyed the other guests and while watching the meteor shower we witnessed a once in a lifetime experience the exhaust plume from a rocket launch from Florida

The cabin was perfect for the week. Close to the lake and cute neighborhood. Everyone there was so friendly and welcoming. We spent one day kayaking on the lake and another day at Mackinac Island. The location is within driving distance of so many beautiful areas. The beds were comfortable and I slept better than I have in months. The area is very quiet which was perfect. Dishes were provided as well as dish soap and sponges. Great place to stay! Carribian vibes without the sharks! I was able to get a few gorgeous pictures under the water.

Ski trip

We enjoyed walking along the shores of Higgins Lake and the surrounding neighborhood. There is sufficient off street parking for one or two vehicles and it was only a fifteen minute drive to our ski destination.
