This brand new 60m2 apartment ensures you have a wonderful stay. It is located in a secure and completely renovated residence. You will be seduced by its location just 1 minute from the beach and 2 minutes from the thalassotherapy center. It offers easy access to relaxing walks, ideal for enjoying the ocean at any time. For gourmets, the restaurants of the center are a 10-minute walk away. A spacious living room including a lounge area with a comfortable sofa, inviting relaxation and friendly exchanges. A modern and fully equipped kitchen. A large bedroom with a 160 bed and a small desk. And another bedroom with a "trundle" type 80 bed that allows it to be folded out into a 160 bed. Each room has storage. A shared bathroom with a large shower and a vanity unit with storage. The apartment has a separate toilet. Possibility to rent sheets and towels (beds made before arrival) at the price of: Double bed: 32€ / Single bed: 22€ (Request for information at the time of booking). If you choose to send your own sheets, it will be MANDATORY to put your sheets on the bedding and this in a hygienic manner. In case of forgetfulness, please inform us. It is agreed that on your departure, the rental will be left clean and tidy, in which case a cleaning service will be rebilled at the rate of 35€ per hour. A professional cleaning is carried out after each departure to ensure a good service. It is sometimes possible, depending on the period, the schedule, to ask to arrive earlier or to stay longer: in this case, the supplement is to be paid on site and it is calculated in proportion to the 24 hours according to the rate and the period. PARKING NOTE: There are several parking spaces around the building, i.e. the nearest spaces are paid (from 15/06 to 30/09) or limited to 1h30 between 9am-12pm and 14:00-19:00. Free and unlimited spaces are available a few minutes walk away. A bicycle room is also at your disposal.
