Superb villa "feet in the water"

  • Solo una inmersión lejos del claro mar Mediterráneo. De buen gusto completamente remodelado con un toque moderno y refinado. Esta magnífica villa de 5 dormitorios y 5 baños frente al agua tiene todo para ofrecer para unas vacaciones perfectas. Piscina, barbacoa, 'terreno de boule', jardín, una gran terraza en el mar con vistas a St Raphael y el Dramont, y una entrada privada al mar Mediterráneo. Estarás en el primer albergue para los coloridos amaneceres.
    Cocina con nevera americana, estufa, etc., con vistas al mar. El albergue conduce a una hermosa zona para comer al aire libre y barbacoa, que está justo al lado de la piscina. Las 10 mejores playas elegidas 'la Gaillarde' se encuentran a 5 minutos a pie del famoso Sentier des Douaniers.
    Tienda de comida más pequeña a 700 m de distancia, 'boulangerie' frente a la casa para sus 'croissants y baguette francés'. Corto viaje en coche a las principales tiendas de comestibles y restaurantes.
    Ubicación tranquila y conveniente para esta lujosa villa
     ¡Y St Tropez está a unos 17 km! Una forma divertida de ir allí es con el ferry.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich vom Herrn Schaefer begrüßt. Ein super großes Haus mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick aufs Meer . Die ganze Familie ( Enkelkinder und Erwachsene) waren sehr zufrieden. Das Haus ist wirklich weiter zu empfehlen. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub.

The location of this house is fantastic! The view over the bay, the possibility to enter the ocean directly from the house and the 8 minutes walk in the morning to buy fresh bread from the little store near the beach. Its perfect! Air condition in all sleeping rooms was a blessing during the warm weather and the pool was of course a delight. The kitchen is well equipped with all you can need and we were especially happy it had sharp knives, which is quite unusual in houses for rent. This is a house to come back to!

Das Ferienhaus ist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und an einigen Stellen merkt man den Renovierungsbedarf, jedoch werden viele dieser Punkte durch die hervorragende Lage und die wunderschöne Aussicht wieder wettgemacht. Gerade der Ausblick und die Umgebung haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht.Während unseres Aufenthalts gab es einige technische Probleme. Positiv hervorheben möchten wir jedoch den Vermieter, der bei allen Anliegen stets erreichbar war und sich sehr bemüht hat, Probleme schnellstmöglich zu beheben.Wer ein modernes, perfekt ausgestattetes Haus erwartet, sollte wissen, dass das Objekt bereits etwas älter ist. Wer jedoch Wert auf die Lage, die Aussicht und einen engagierten Vermieter legt, kann hier trotzdem einen schönen Urlaub verbringen.

Wirklich tolle Lage ! Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen . Herr Schäffer war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Küche ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet . Die Terrasse und der Pool sind die Highlights . Gerne wieder !!

Wunderschöne Lage

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön . Leider war ein Zimmer so klein das man um das Bett an der Wand entlanggehen musste um auf das Klo und die doch sehr enge Duschkabine zu kommen .Absolute Super Klasse war Michael da geht nichts darüber Top Mann . Das Haus ist meiner Meinung nach für 8 Personen Super bei 10 Personen so wie bei uns muss das eine kleine Zimmer mitbenutzt werden das auch in einem Separaten Bereich mit eigenem Eingang neben dem Haupthaus liegt .

Highly recommended!

Nice villa with well functioning layout! The location and views are superb, the terrace and pool area provide a very relaxing environment. You can also swim in the sea practically in front of the villa which was very nice. Michael was very helpful and quick to reply, everything went smoothly.

Füße im Wasser

Die Ferienvilla ist traumhaft direkt am Meer gelegen. Über eine Treppe kann man direkt zum Meer hinunter. Der Ausblick ist wunderbar . Der nächste Sandstrand ist in ca. 500 m zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und modern. Die Villa selbst ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Michael war ein super Gastgeber, sehr gut zu erreichen und stets hilfsbereit.

Stunning location

The villa is perfectly situated next to the sea with east access to the path and beaches. The rooms are good sizes and the villa was well-equipped. It is a great location for Fréjus and Sainte Maxime and all the beaches along the coast. There are no amenities in walking distance so we did spend time in the car going to Les Issambres for groceries or to Sainte Maxime for the nightlife. Michael was a great host responding speedily to all our queries.

Sejour mi aout 2022

Nous avons vraiment passé de très belles vacances en famille dans un bien et lieu unique. Au calme sans vis a vis avec un acces direct à la mer sans être dérangé par les vacanciers Seul point négatif: l’absence de climatisation dans la pièce principale et l éclairage dans la piscine nous empêchant d’en profiter le soir. Nous pensons revenir l année prochaine Merci

Tranquil Paradise on the French Riviera

Yes, feet in pool and sea ! My husband and myself stayed at this beautiful serene villa with our labrador for 2 weeks. We tried not to miss a single spectacular sunrise on the large terrace with panoramic view of Saint Raphael and the sea. Early morning surise, late night light twinkles from Saint Raphael, with chilled white wine and fish from the plancha. The villa is spacious, secluded, private, quiet, peaceful. We've never stayed at a rental for longer than one week, this villa we would go back to immediately. Not right on the main road, therefore good access in and out of the property in a quiet neighborhood. Excellent location between Frejus and St. Maxime.

L’emplacement est magique. Mais la maison n’est pas entretenue. Pas d’Alése sur les matelas ni sur les oreillers. Des mouchoirs usagés et une chaussette retrouvée sous un lit. Le four pas nettoyé. Je ne recommande pas cette maison

Great Stay

Michael was extremely helpful with our trip planning and accommodating with check in time. The Villa was accurately described and was perfect for our needs (6 adults). Loads of space in the main areas inside and outside. The pool is well looked after by Michael every few days and was warm enough for us during June. Great views across the bay and with added bonus of direct access to the sea. Couple of beach bars within walking distance - my kids enjoyed Windys served some nice food. Villa is well equipped with all that is required for a great stay Great location for exploring the local area, Nice airport just over an hour by car. My wife and I travelled by car the kids came by air. Would happily return again. Mark

Ménage et propreté de la maison à revoir Linge de lit pas repassé 5 eme chambre n’est pas mentionné dans l’annonce comme indépendante de la maison dans un lieu peu accueillant. On n’a pas pu y dormir Literie en 140 dans toutes les chambres sauf la parentale Les chambres sont petites

Superb Location

The house is on a beautiful lot with an amazing view of the Med. The Host was very helpful and generally available when needed. One time he had to walk us through a power failure on the phone and another he had to fix the dryer. He provided excellant reccomendations for restaurants and made other good suggestions. We should not have had to deal with the power failure or dryer that wasn't serviced before our arrival. The pictures of the unit do not accurately show the condition of the house. The furniture is much older than shown and condition of outside area is worn. There were no toiletries or basic kitchen supplies provided like dish washer soap, trash bags, paper towels, laundry detergent, body wash or shampoo. We expected to have to buy food, but not these supplies. Also the beds were very hard, that may be the way europeans like them, but for us they were uncomfortable. No extra pilows were provided and those provided were not good sleeping pillows. There were no extra sets of bed linens or bath towels.
