Welcome to the Lakehouse!! Your home away from home near Roosevelt Lake! A newly remodeled 3bedroom/2 bath home with all the amenities. We invite you to come enjoy our desert retreat. Large private gated/fenced lot with plenty of room for your toys, situated in the Roosevelt Resort community backed by national forest and easy access to Pinto wash and minutes (3 miles) from Roosevelt Lake boat ramps. Plenty of space to enjoy outdoor activities. Fully furnished with all the comforts of home.

Cozy and inviting atmosphere with all brand new furnishings. 3 bedrooms (all brand new beds). Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need including small appliances and Keurig. Traditional coffee pot and coffee are available along with creamer, sugar, and sweetener. Brita water pitcher is provided. Plenty of pillows, blankets and bath towels for the entire clan. Large TV in living room and master bedroom,.  Internet is provided for your enjoyment. Keep entertained with board games and outdoor activities including horseshoes and cornhole. Backyard is setup for your day or nighttime enjoyment whether that be watching the beautiful sunset over four peaks, enjoying a fire in the firepit provided or spend the evening BBQing. We offer a Blackstone and Propane Grill. Plenty of outdoor seating and room to play. Lights and bluetooth speakers in backyard. Bring your own wood for the firepit or may be available for purchase at local convenience stores (fire restrictions may apply). Property backs to natural desert habitat, please note wildlife including coyotes, javelina, snakes and other desert dwellers frequent the area.

While staying at our home you have unlimited access to the entire property with the exception of the owners closet and the hot water heater closet. Both are located in the master closet.

Host does not live on site but can be reached during stay. Property manager may be available during stay.

Quiet neighborhood with access to trails perfect hiking or for your side by sides. With the close promixity to Roosevelt Lake you can enjoy year round water activities. Don't forget Tonto National Monument is minutes away where you can explore Native American History, not to mention the breathtaking views. Salt river diversion dam and river access within minutes. Enjoy a scenic drive to Young or Cherry Creek.

Boat rentals available at Roosevelt Lake Marina. Take off on your side-by-sides on hundreds of miles of trails.
