Place had the essentials you needed and kitchen was stocked with all kinds of appliances. Spacious area and beds were comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet and parking was included. "Great place to stay if going to sesame place, we also made the quick day trip to see the statue of liberty. House was clean, a lot of things to entertain the Littles, and many things well stocked. Yard worked for our dogs, but if yours are runners, bring a leash, there are a few holes in the fencing. Lots of little kid silverware, could use some more adult silverware. Overall, great place to stay for our needs. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. "

"5 adults over Christmas. Fireplace worked well. No problem with hot water with 5 people. Double bed in one room tilted to one side. Resolved by stuffing many pillows under mattress to level bed. Few towels and dishtowels. washer and dryer superb. Great place for our Golden Retriever. Door to back yard passes cold air so heat is on most of the time. Furnaced worked real well. "We stayed here while visiting an aunt. We liked the location and it was great having the living area and kitchenette. We were able to get up and make our own breakfast, which was nice. We also packed some lunches as well, and stored some food for dinner with my aunt. Having the kitchenette was key."

"Overall we were very pleased with our stay! The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. There is a wide open park area within walking distance. The location is very convenient off of the main roads and near shopping. There were a couple of things that would have made our stay better, but after speaking with the owner directly, he has already implemented all of our suggestions so there is no need to mention them.
