"Clean, cute, comfortable cottage! Our family including our dog enjoyed our relaxing stay - movies by the fire, hot baths, crafting at the kitchen table, and cooking good food. We had fun in the area - hiking state parks (Mount Jefferson and Rendezvous), National Park System Brinegar Cabin, Blue Ridge Parkway, Emerald Hollow Mine, Love Valley (horse only town) Christmas parade/ tree lighting, and a mead flight at Stardust Cellars (kid and dog friendly). We were not informed that the wind in the area was extremely strong. When we turned on the outdoor fire pit, within 10 minutes the chairs caught fire.
