CasArtExpo is the Art Gallery in the heart of Rome.
Located in a 19th-century Umbertine-style building just a short walk from Via Veneto, the Spanish Steps, and the Trevi Fountain. The space is designed as a modern exhibition venue, enriched with original works of art such as paintings and sculptures created by talented contemporary Italian artists. The thick walls keep the space cool in summer and warm in winter, aided by an air-conditioning system throughout the apartment and modern, remotely controllable heated towel racks. The sleeping area consists of a suite with a king-size bed, an en suite bathroom, and a walk-in closet, as well as a second bedroom with a king-size bed and a private bathroom. Both open onto a large living room with a fully equipped open-concept kitchen. In addition to works of art, the decor features antique furniture from the 17th and 19th centuries paired with contemporary design pieces.

Other details to note:
The kitchen is fully equipped with a Sodastream for sparkling water, a large two-door refrigerator-freezer, a dishwasher, a convection oven, a microwave, a pod-style espresso machine, a French press and a moka pot, a kettle, a juicer, and a toaster. Each of the two bathrooms is equipped with a hair dryer. There is also a washing machine, a dryer, and everything you need to wash and iron clothes.
Upon arrival, a tourist tax of 3.50 per person per night is required, excluding children under 10 and Airbnb guests.
The apartment has a convenient elevator and is accessible by bus and Metro Line A.
