Hotel cómodo y práctico para estar en roma
El hotel es bastante nuevo, las habitaciones y los baños amplios. Se está muy tranquilo y hay poca gente. No es un hotel muy céntrico, pero con transporte público se puede ir a todos los sitios muy bien.

Liked the convenience and helpfulness of staff and the breakfast provided. Would have liked to see visible staff after 5 pm. The desk was not manned after 5.

The place is safe and quiet. Our room gets cleaned and tidied everyday. Stephania, Caterina and Claudia they were all friendly, knowledgeable, they were all great!!!

Bra läge men dålig service. Frukosten var enkel med personal som valde att själva stå och äta frukost istället för att duka av borden från gäster som ätit klart. Ena dagen fick vi dricka juice från plast muggar då där inte fanns några rena glas.

Wir kommen nicht mehr
2 Zimmer gebucht und beide Zimmer hatten Bettdecken, welche schmutzig waren (altes Blut, Urin). Matraze schmutzig, fleckig. Allgemein war es zu schmutzig nach unserem Geschmack. Zimmer hatten schöne Tapeten und ein renoviertes Bad, sogar mit Frotteeheizung. Die Empfangsmitarbeiterinnen haben sofort neue Waren gebracht, sich entschuldigt und neu das Bett bezogen, was super war, vielen Dank nochmals. Zu wenig Platz im Frühstücksraum. Esswaren und Kaffee waren gut. Tische waren klebrig, schmutzig. Am ersten Tag gab es zu wenig zum Essen. Schlafqualität war gut, Fenster dichtet gut ab, da stark befahrene Strasse vor dem Zimmer ist. Fensterscheibe war sehr schmutzig. Hotels.com hat uns leider nicht geholfen, was ebenso enttäuschend ist. Für die Umstände hätten wir eine Alternative oder Preisrückerstattung erwartet.

Skräck vistelse
Rummets ena sida var fuktig och hade svart mögel,dem ställde en fåtölj och gardin framför så det inte syns. Läkage i dush armatur. Toapapper fick man hämta på receptionen. Ingen ventilation i rummet och på morgonen var fönsterna helt blöt. Transfer har inte funkat. Sista dagen fanns ingen frukost det var stängt. Riktigt otrevlig vistelse. NEVER AGEIN.

Hôtel difficile à trouver, emplacement de qualité à proximité immédiate du centre ville (10-15 minutes à pied) et de la Villa Borghese. Chambre bien décorée, literie très confortable et salle de bains haut de gamme.

Ganz große Enttäuschung. Das hotel ist in einem ganz alten stiegenhaus. Die Fenster sind nicht dicht, in der früh ist alles voller Kondenswasser. Frühstück ist ein witz, es gibt kaum eine Auswahl, der Raum ist dunkel, kein Personal in Sicht, keine Musik... Sehr deprimierend. Nie wieder!

Questa struttura non aveva nulla di speciale. Ora spiegherò il perché e allegherò anche le foto. Ricevo una email in cui mi viene detto che: “Orario Check-in: dalle 15:00 alle 19:30 (Supplemento Check in fuori orario: Dopo le 20.00 € 50.00 - dopo la mezzanotte € 100.00) Orario Check-out: dalle 8:00 alle 11:00”. Quindi dalle 19:30 alle 20:00, per come è scritto, si pensa che ci sia una tolleranza. Contatto una mia amica per farla andare lì prima delle 20:00. Arriva alle 19:35 e la signora, con toni un po’ acidi, sottolineava il ritardo di 5 minuti. Già iniziamo male… per arrivare al peggio! Una stanza in condizioni pietose. Si presentava molto sporca e fredda (condizionatore/split non funzionante in modalità caldo). Lenzuola sporche di sangue… solamente il bagno si salvava. Allego foto. Molto dispiaciuto, non lo consiglio.

The room was clean and spacious. However, the shower room was completely see through with a glass door. My kids and I had to find something to cover up in order to take shower. There was no reception after 8pm which the TV at our room did not work and we couldn't find anyone to help.

It was a very safe and friendly place. I liked that it was quiet and out of all of the busyness of Rome but close enough to it all that it was a hassle to get to. What could have been better was the humidity level in the room (this was a common Italy problem). There was no heat in the room and while we were not cold it did create a dampness and slightly moldy smell in the bathroom.

This hotel was amazing! Breakfast was fantastic, the rooms were so clean and beautiful. Bathrooms were very modern which was nice. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to from this location. Staff was truly great with any questions we had. We felt so welcome here.

The security safe in our our room was broken and the flash in the bathroom didn’t work. When asked kindly for our room to be change we got refused. We went for breakfast at 9.30 and there was hardly anything to eat. When we approach the member of staff his exact words were ‘they ate it all so there is not much left’.

Werden bij het inchecken goed geholpen en kamer was super schoon en heel mooi! Het ontbijt was niet super, aparte ruimte voor een ontbijtzaal maar het was prima. De locatie was voor ons perfect en net in het minder drukke gebied. 1 iemand van het personeel was niet zo heel aardig tegen ons maar alle andere wel gelukkig! Dus samenvattend zou ik het wel echt aanraden op de kleine dingen na!

Nice stay in Rome
Nice stay in Rome. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean room. Good breakfast Only downside for us was that the walls were thin, so we had to sleep with earplugs. So we unfortunately heard steps above us and room next door when they talked and people who was in the hotellreception and when the phone rang there. Otherwise very nice stay and a hotel I really recommend.

Kodikas, pieni hotelli. Ensimmäinen huoneemme oli standard-huone, aika pieni ja pikku vikoja, mutta toimiva. Lentomme peruuntumisen takia varasimme uuden huoneen, jäljellä oli enää deluxe-huone, joka oli todella upea. Se kruunasi vierailumme. Henkilökunta todella mukava ja avulias. Aamupala hyvä.
