This accommodation in Rome is conveniently located near major attractions and a metro station. The area appeared to be safe. The host was friendly and responsive to inquiries. It is very suitable for a group of 8. We enjoyed staying here for 4 nights.

Apartment is nice, clean, convenient. Manager is friendly and helpful and greeted me in person and explained everything. Location is very convenient, safe and close to food shops and cafes and restaurants. About 30 minutes walk to the Vatican and St Peter’s Basilica.

We were lucky to find this place

This is a very nice apartment in a good location. It's exactly like the pictures - no wide angles to make thigs look bigger than they are.Every room but the kitchen has a heavy duty air conditioner - you will be very comfortable. Two of the bedrooms are large and one is small. The small room has a bed bed enough for an adult (we have a 23 year old son) and the other bedrooms are comfortable for couples.The metro is close and you can walk, you have grocery stores and restaurants close by.Your host Cesar is wonderful. He speaks great English and can help with transportation, questions ect. We regret not having him coordinate a taxi from the airport when we first arrived. You can have someone waiting for you and a fixed price if you ask for his help.We highly recommend this place and feel fortunate to have found it. Thanks Cesar!

Late summer break in Rome

Well equipped and clean apartment near Vatican City. Cesare is an excellent host and met us at the apartment. He explained the features and local services. Good aircon in each bedroom was essential for the hot weather. We used public transport at either Cipro Metro or Valle Aurelia train station. Fiumicino was an easy journey on train via Trastevere Station Good aircon

Rome family trip

Ceaser greeted us at the apartment and walked us through all the rooms so that we would be comfortable there. The apt is secure and is a short walking distance to the Metro. He recommended several restaurants within blocks as well as where the closest grocery markets were. We stayed one week and had no problems. Very nice stay!

This place was fantastic

This place was fantastic. It had plenty of room for 6 adults. The place was perfect for our family with 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Cesare is an excellent host. He set up our transfer to and from the airport. He greeted us upon arrival to introduce himself and show us around the property. He checked in with us to see how everything was going. Amazing stay in Rome

We loved our stay at Vatican 69. Cesare was an excellent host. The apartment was very clean. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked really well. The neighborhood was easy to access and very quiet. The balcony was lovely in the morning and evening. Cesare provided some excellent dining recommendations. We will definitely be back!

This apartment was —by far —the cleanest apartment we stayed in while touring Italy. The host thought of absolutely everything. Nothing was missing in the apartment. The apartment itself was recently remodeled, so we appreciated the bathrooms, kitchen, etc. The balcony was a lovely touch. The neighborhood was bustling and felt very safe. Lots of wonderful restaurants to choose from. Super close to metro, walking distance, where we were able to access all of Rome. The host makes himself available and even checks in to make sure everything is going fine and you are not lacking anything. Would recommend this place when in Rome.

Away From the Hustle

This place was great for a family of 6. We each had a nice bed with AC. The property owner was a very good communicator through WhatsApp and helped us with finding a ride to the airport. The apartment was on the top floor but does have a lift which helped. The showers are pretty small (76cmx76cm) but it was nice to have 2 bathrooms. I would stay here again.

"The apartment is a short walk from the Cipro train station and we felt safe in the neighborhood both day and night. The building also felt secure. Our host was very understanding and helpful, which was wonderful for two newbe travelers. He went above and beyond as he informed us he was available for questions at any time. I would like to add that he promptly responded. The apartment is well organized, spacious and very clean. The bathrooms are modern and in perfect order. Beds are comfortable and well appointed. The location is perfect to walk to many significant places. I highly recommend the apartment, the location and especially the host. Also, we enjoyed the apartment's interesting artwork."

Très bon accueil de Cesare à notre arrivée. Avec des explications claires concernant le logement et quelques précieux conseils sur le quartier (métro, restaurants, commerces...). Appartement spacieux, très fonctionnel et très bien équipé. Propreté irréprochable. Agréable terrasse. Climatisation dans toutes les chambres et le salon. I just wanted to say that this place is amazing. So close to Metro and the historical sites. Cesare was an excellent host and even arrange transportation to the airport for us. I totally would recommend this place it is fabulous.
