Excelente estadía en Roma
Muy buena estadía en Roma, buen barrio , restaurant, bar y todo lo que se necesita, museos Vaticano, plaza San Pedro, castillo del angelo y metro, muy cerca todo, caminando en muy pocos minutos, especial para caminar la ciudad, todos en el hotel muy preocupados y con respuesta inmediata a nuetras consultas lo que facilita la estadía, muchas gracias por facilitarnos tan agradable visita a Roma

Buena ubicación, tranquilo
Es un buen B&B que no hotel, desayuno bastante completo a elegir, cerca de todas las zonas interesantes de Roma a visitar, de hecho si te gusta caminar no hace falta tomar el metro para nada. Cerca hay buenos restaurantes, "Il Gianfornaio" en la esquina una vez cruzada la calle Atillio Regolo, un self-service muy completo, bueno y económico. Repetiríamos seguro

The room was very clean and comfortable. The young lady who brought our breakfast and cleaned the room was very friendly. The checkin and out process was very smooth. It is located within walking distance of major attractions and in a great neighborhood. Definitely would stay there again.

Attention ce sont des chambres d hôtes donc pas de réception en dehors du créneaux 8h 13 h - si retard vol vous trouverez porte close et impossible de les joindre !!!! Nous avons passé la 1ere nuit dehors ! Donc 1 nuit de réservation petit dej perdus. Je précise qu il n y aucun repère qui nous indique la présence d un hôtel ou autre. L arrivée de nuit est donc compliquée !

Very Bad !! Don’t get fooled .
don't be fooled by the name. it's an apartment. someone has bought floor 1 and converted all the apartments into "Hotel" everything was responsive, the breakfast was terrible, 4 toasts, 2 juices of bad taste, 2, coffee, marmalade bags on a cart driven into the room. disgusting, no egg, no cheese, nothing. Very Bad . mold in the shower, electrical sockets loose, I can't even write the rest..

This is not a hotel, more like an Airbnb. There is no reception. It’s a flat in a building with 4 rooms. You need to call a person to checkin who gives you directions to get the keys. Did not like the process at all. The room size and bathroom was decent but very outdated. Breakfast is served to your room and very basic. I booked this property because of the ratings which are very untrue. The only positive thing about the property is the neighbourhood. It’s very quite and there are good restaurants around it. Long walk to the main attractions.

The owner of this property is very dishonest. THIS IS NOT AN HOTEL! There was no heating and attempts to contact the owner was unsuccessful. We did not stay there and the owner charged my credit card the full fee and has not been answering any of the emails or messages from Expedia or me. Imagine if something else happened to you there all you would hear is to contact the owner who is not answering. The apartment is in like an alley that does not look safe. When our taxi dropped us off and we were unable to reach the owner we were so scared that he was going to leave us there in the dark. Luckily someone who lived on the building came out to walk the dog and could helped us. Do not trust this property. I would also suggest that you be very careful with the bookings being done on expedia as apparently they let anyone register there homes and take persons money with no concern for customer safety. If you want an airbnb use that site. If I could give minus 0 I would. Why did he agree to give us a refund and then not respond to any calls or messages even telling the Expedia persons that he will only speak with persons who speak Italian. DISHONEST!!!!!

Disappointed While in Rome
Booked the place on the ratings of 9.8 but would give it a 4. We arrived at 3PM without reading the booking email to arrange checkin after 1PM (unusual) and no one in-house after 1PM thus finally got through to staff and after waiting some time at door or suites, staff arrived with keys. When went to shower that afternoon, no hot water. That eve on return from dinner, the electronic code entry wasn't working well and after numerous tries, let us in. The next day, after all day out on the town, on return, the electronic combination entry didn't work at all and waiting outside the apartment for about 40min until staff arrived to fix. Again no hot water and staff notified of this again as not fixed since early AM notification. The breakfast was advertised as nice and in-house delivery to the suite and when we arrived, found out we got a ticket for a bar down the way and was disappointing as provided coffee, juice and croissant when all other b&b's over month in Italy serve fruit/yogurt/granola/english breakfast and usual Italian flare. All in all, not pleased and would not recommend.

Miejsce godne polecenia!
Bardzo dobra miejscówka na krótki pobyt w Rzymie. Lokalizacja doskonała - 7minut spaceru do Watykanu, 20 minut do starożytnej części Wiecznego Miasta. Liczne restauracje (osobiście polecam wizyte w restauracji 3Quatri na przeciwko) i kawiarnie w okolicy. Pokój czysty, sprzątany codziennie przez sympatycznego człowieka. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Śniadanie do pokoju jest ciekawą atrakcją. Dobra poranna kawa. Zdecydowanie godne polecenia miejsce - warto rozważyć wybór przy planowaniu wyjazdu do Rzymu.

We enjoyed our stay at the Vatican Grand Suites. Upon arrival Cecilia was there to greet us and give us all the necessary info. The room was nice and clean. Bathroom was big. Breakfast in the room was a nice touch. It is conveniently located. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Also the Vatican is about 10 minute walk. Very nice safe neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

Sehr gut gelegene Unterkunft
Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Luigi empfangen und er hat uns das gesamte Procedere bezüglich Frühstück, Hausregeln und Umgebung ausreichend erklärt. Das Frühstück wurde uns täglich in unserem Zimmer von einer sehr freundlichen Angestellten serviert. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Great hotel near many tourist sights.
All the staff were so helpful from giving us a really useful map of Rome and directing us to the major tourist sights to recommending restaurants all of which were lovely. The room was spotlessly clean and the breakfast that was brought into the room every morning at the time you wanted was delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would return again. We stayed for three nights and had two whole days in Rome. In this time we visited the coliseum, trevi fountain, pantheon, Vatican museum, St. Peter's basilica and the castel Sant Angelo. All of these were in walking distance from the hotel, with the coliseum being the furthest walk.

Chambre d'hôte de charme, très bon séjour 5 nuits.
Chambre bien située dans un quartier calme et bourgeois. Certaines chambres donnent sur la rue et d'autres sur une genre de cours intérieure mais les fenêtres isolent bien du bruit extérieur. Les volets des fenêtres se ferment complètement sans laisser passer la lumière. Le petit-déjeuner est servi en chambre sur une table à roulette avec nappe blanche : un petit plus car on se sent vraiment en vacances ! Le petit-déjeuner est de qualité avec des viennoiseries fraîches et succulentes.

Das Preis-/Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut. Luigi ist ein zuverlässiger und freundlicher Gastgeber. Das Zimmer war für drei Gäste genügend gross - auch das Badezimmer bietet alles was man braucht. Einziger Minuspunkt ist die Ringhörigkeit. Das Badezimmer des Nachbarzimmers grenzte direkt an unseren Schlafbereich und so hört man ganz genau, was da los ist....

Private place close to Vatican
If you want to stay away from the tourists crowd, this place is perfect for many reasons. Luigi, the owner, will take good care of you during your stay. You will have your own key such is very convenient, breakfast in your room, hot shower, comfortable bed. B&B is 5min away from the shuttle stop to FCO, 5 min from the Vatican museums, you can cross the bridge and easy walk to the other tourists destinations. Overall is excellent and good for money.

バチカンに近く、地下鉄駅からも近いロケーション
なんといっても朝食がルームサービスされることが一番の魅力です。リクエストシートを前日の午後までに入力しておけば、翌朝の8時～10時の間で届けてくれます。 一方、タオル以外のアメニティの類はほとんどありません。（2 in 1シャンプーと、ボディソープはあります） 地下鉄駅からも近く、Via Marcantonio Colonnaや、Via Cola di Rienzoには衣食整ったお店がたくさんありますので、街歩きだけでも魅力です。バチカン美術館やサンピエトロ大聖堂も歩いて15分ほどです。

Nice B&B with very friendly staff.
Vatican Grand Suite was a nice place to spend 5 nights. It was easy to come with Sit Bus Shuttle from the airport. Vatica and Castel Sant Angelo are close.

geweldig hotel met top service!
Vanuit Nederland al contact gehad met Luigi over het tijdstip dat we aan zouden komen en het openbaar vervoer. Luigi was meteen heel behulpzaam. Vanuit vliegveld Ciampino met een shuttle bus naar station Termini en de metro naar Lepanto, 8 minuten lopen en je bent bij Vatican Grand Suite voor 6 euro p.p. Daar aangekomen is het niet te zien dat het een hotel is aan de buitenkant dus even naar het huisnummer (130) kijken. Binnen werden we ontvangen door Luigi en een gastvrouw. We werden meteen naar onze kamer geleid en kregen uitleg over de kamer, de service en een kaart van Rome waar alle bezienswaardigheden waren en tips voor restaurants. Elke dag voor 6 uur 's avonds konden we op een lijst aangeven wat we wilden eten als ontbijt voor de volgende ochtend, je mocht zoveel kiezen als je wilde, geen limiet. Een typisch Italiaans ontbijt met verschillende zoetigheden en koffie/thee/sap. Tijdstip aangeven en de volgende ochtend exact op de aangegeven tijd werd het ontbijt door Luigi je kamer binnen gereden. Ook was er een minibar op de kamer met water, spa rood, cola en ice tea en een zakje chips. Alles van het huis en werd elke dag weer aangevuld. Het hotel zit 1,5 km van het Vaticaan en St. Pieter en ligt dichtbij een leuke winkelstraat. We hebben op en top genoten van ons verblijf en komen hier zeker nog een keer terug!

Luigi is very helpful. I like that he uses whatsapp to communicate with the tenants to make sure he is available for them. The place is modern, clean and the breakfast service is very neat. I would definitely recommend this to anybody who travels to Roma.

modernes Gemütliches Hotel in zentraler Lage
Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral sodass man vieles zu Fuß erreichen kann. Außerdem ist eine Haltestelle für die Ubahn nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Luigi ist ein sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Das Zimmer war sehr modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Auch das Bad war toll. Lediglich der Platz konnte beim morgendlichen Frühstück am Zimmer ein bisschen knapp werden. Insgesamt würde ich das Hotel aber auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!
