Beautiful Villa in authentic area

Owners are VERY responsive!! Their driver either got sick or was a no show according to 2nd driver so that was stressful to wait 40 minutes in the airport when we don’t speak the language - first time there ever and people everywhere and looking for a guy we were told was there looking for us. Knowing now what we do I would of used Uber as their drivers charge around 40 to 50% more than Uber and Taxi, but I liked the convenience of them having someone to drive us knowing where to go. Their daughter gave us a VERY fast walk through but was talking so fast to people who had traveled far and been up over 30 hours straight so it was a bit confusing. Instructions written in English would of been helpful especially using the washing machine. Again Deborah is EXTREMELY responsive and accommodating which we appreciated!! We personally didn’t like that area of Rome as so much litter and graffiti but it’s authentic. We moved on to another area we enjoyed more, but the Villa itself is VERY nice and clean and felt safe with triple doors/locks.

Amazing vacation

What can I say, but an amazing stay in Rome. Perfectly located just a few train/subway stops away from Vatican City and the main attractions of Beautiful Rome! The train/subway a few steps away from the apartment gate! Nice enough away from the hustle and bustle of Vatican City and close to amazing restaurants, grocery stores and dessert places. The restaurants they recommended were great to eat at. Highly recommend this cute apartment for your next visit!!! Will def stay here again the next time we are in Rome. Andrea and Debora are the sweetest hosts ever!!! They are very communicative throughout the whole process. Coming from the US and not knowing the ways or locations of another country, they did an amazing job, very flexibility and extremely Hospitable.

Top Notch Experience!

Of all the VRBO flats we’ve rented over the years, I sincerely think this was the best. From the first response to our reservation, Debby and Andrea were so friendly and helpful, and that carried through our entire stay. Beyond being nicely renovated and extremely comfortable, there are lots of subtle touches that show the care about their customers. The location is very convenient, and the neighborhood is wonderful. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Apartment

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. I have never felt so welcomed at check in. We were provided with a lot of information to make our visit enjoyable The metro station is right at the apartment which made it very easy to explore Rome. A grocery store and pharmacy are across the street and restaurants nearby. Great location, great apartment, and responsive management.

Amazing Christmas Stay in Rome - Stay Here!!

The visit at the Vatican Flat with Andrea and Debora was amazing! Apartment is exactly as described, terrific and updated kitchen and bathrooms, lovely little balcony for afternoon drinks or morning coffee. Communication with hosts was OUTSTANDING, frequent, and so helpful. Location of metro line A was priceless for getting around. Crai supermarket was a very short walk around the corner. Highly recommend!

Fabulous Rome Getaway!

Andrea and Deborah were fantastic to work with. They were very welcoming and spent time with us explaining the area and local amenities. Also provided pick up and drop off from airport making it super easy to get where we needed to go. I can’t wait to come back to Rome and would definitely try to stay here again! Wonderful apartment, great hosts

Really enjoyed the time spent in Rome. The apartment was perfect for a mom and two kids. It was comfortable, well appointed and very clean. We felt safe, we had enough space and Andrea and his wife were the perfect hosts. The apartment is very close to the Metro so we were able to get around Rome very easily but escape the crowds and return to a quiet place in the evening. Highly recommended.

Wonderful time!

From being picked up at the airport by Andrea and Deborah to being dropped back to the airport by Andrea we had a wonderful time!! They were so welcoming and helpful from the outset and gave us loads of tips of places to go, eat and things to see. The apartment was really lovely and very comfortable with everything we could need. Rome was simply stunning and all we needed was more time to see all the things we missed!

Fun times in Romes

My wife and I and our 2 daughters stayed in this property during the 2nd week in April. This is a lovely comfortable apartment in Rome. It has all the modern amenities for a short holiday. The owner Andrea (Andrea being a man's name in Italy unlike in UK!} and his wife Debora, helped along by their daughter Francesca, do their utmost to ensure the guests have a very enjoyable holiday and respond at short notice to any queries on the phone or help needed in the apartment. A metro station is right in front of the building and there is a well-stocked supermarket directly opposite the apartment on the other side of the road. In the city itself, there is a heavy visible presence of the police and the army around all tourist attractions which makes one feel quite safe. I fully recommend this accommodation and wish the house-proud family running it continued health and prosperity.

Details that really matter

The apartment was superb with metro stop directly in front of building - perfect! It was very clean, roomy, tastefully decorated, and full of homey amenities that really matter like a clock, iron AND ironing board, and plenty of extra bedding. The guest book was also chock full of all types of helpful information. But it's always great when the owner or someone meets you at the apartment to give you a tour and provide tips to enhance your trip. Thank you, Francesca! The only minor things that I could complain about are the tourist fee which I prefer to have had it included in rental price and the Aircon units that never really got cool enough. Overall, great unit!

Absolutely loved our time in Italy. Andrea and Deborah were the perfect hosts, with such warm hearts and wonderful recommendations. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Two large bedrooms and two baths. We had everything we needed. Very nice market within walking distance. Metro entrance was literally right outside the apartment. Deborah has city map in apartment ready for you to start exploring Rome. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend this to my family and friends. T Fuller

Beautiful Apartment

We stayed a week in this beautiful apartment. Andrea and Debora are wonderful, welcoming hosts, and made sure we were acquainted with the neighborhood and suggested some wonderful restaurants that were within walking distance of the apartment. The metro is literally steps from the apartment, which made all of our sightseeing so convenient. The apartment was super quiet, exceptionally clean, very safe, and beautifully appointed. We would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend the apartment to anyone looking for a lovely base to explore Rome.

The apartment was a great find. It was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable, and there were TV's in every room. The kitchen had everything I could possibly wanted.The apartment building was quiet, and right in front of the subway, it was so easy to get around the city. We loved the host and hostess, they couldn't have been a greater couple. I will tell everyone I meet about this flat! One of the best experiences we ever had! 5 Stars!

A lovely modern apartment within walking distance of the Vatican

Amazing apartment, close to everything, best hostesses!!!

This was, hands down, one of the absolute best apartments we have stayed anywhere, including in Italy. The apartment is super clean, super comfortable, the AC is fantastic, the WiFi is stable and strong, it is right NEXT to a major Metro Stop (which makes life so much easier at the end of the day when you are tired of walking), it is near a supermarket, great restaurants . . . I mean, this was HEAVENLY. I would stay in this apartment any day, any time I visit Rome again. My family of 6 were more than comfortable here, it was simply FANTASTIC. But the best part were the owners, Andrea and Debora - the were the most amazing and gracious hostesses. They treated us, not like clients, but like family. They were the most responsible owners we have dealt with, even with the time difference between Italy and the US. They picked us up at the airport and drove us back when we left Rome (for a fee). They helped us with our luggage and made themselves available at all times, always graciously, with a smile and a deep and sincere desire to be helpful. They were absolutely wonderful with us. My family and I were so very impressed about how "at home" they made us feel. Andrea even assisted me get to our car rental location and intervened with the rental company so that we could get a van at that precise time rather than waiting (which is what the rental company wanted us to do). And yes, we got a rental right away. I mean, Andrea and Debora were the best. If you are looking for nice, comfortable, clean, reliable, safe location - look no further! This apartment is a 10 out of 10. Again, this apartment is right in front (just in front!) of the main Metro line that takes you to all the main attractions to Rome. Andrea and Debora, my family and I are eternally grateful to you for what you did for us. May God bless you always and THANK YOU for the extraordinary support and the absolutely superb apartment. You guys were the absolute best! A gem of an apartment; a gem of people. We could not ask for anything more! THANK YOU!

Marvellous flat, very welcoming hosts

Extremely comfortable and clean flat, out of the centre but right next to metro line - perfect for us. Several excellent “non-touristy “ restaurants nearby. Often used phrase, not usually by us but WILL DEFINITELY RETURN. The hosts were lovely people.

Wonderful Stay

My family and I stayed in the flat for six nights and everything was perfect. Having the subway at our doorstep made getting around very convenient and gave us the ability to get anywhere throughout the city very efficiently. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

Andrea and Deborah are wonderful host. There were 4 of us. I had pre arranged with Andrea and Deborah to pick us up at the airport. The apt iwas very spacious and had everything we need. The apt is spotless, beds very comfortable, loved having a washing machine. Highly recommended the Metro. It was 3 stops from Vatican City. Many food bars and good restaurants near the apt and less of 1/2 the cost of food bars near the Vatican. We had no worries meeting our time lines for our cruise connection. Andrea brought us to our meetings no point at another hotel. Great stay.

Gorgeous apartment right next to the metro

We stayed in a lot of places on our recent trip to Europe, and this was the best property by a long shot! We were welcomed to the apartment by the whole family who helped with our kids and luggage and getting settled. They gave us a tour of the apartment and a map with all the big sites. They had even set up a crib for my baby (they were the only place to do this without any reminders). The apartment felt very safe and was clean and smoke free (a very hard thing to find in europe!) I honestly can't think of anything wrong with this place. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Perfect apartment and perfect stay in Rome!

The location of the apartment is great. You can go to the inner part of the city very fast via subway, because the subway station is directly outside of the apartment (~10m) and the subway is arriving every 2-3 minutes. Therefore you reach for example Vatican (~3 min) and Piazza Espagna (~8 min) extremely fast. The apartment itself is beautiful, it has an adequate large kitchen and living room and is perferctly suited for 2 couples/one couple with two children (with the possibility of 3 children, because there is a small folding bed) with its two bathrooms and two bedrooms. Rome is such a wonderful city. There is so much to explore and to see and you can find beautiful corners in every part of the city! Furthermore the atmosphere in the city is great. Debora and Andrea are the perfect hosts and very friendly. Even though our flight was 4 hours late they picked us up at the airport and brought us to the apartment. They explained everything inside the apartment, recommended some restaurants in the neighborhood and handed us a map of Rome that highlighted all the sights. Thank you very much, we had a perfect stay!
