A Charming Roman Apartment in a Prime LocationIf you’re after an authentic Roman experience, this apartment delivers. Perfectly situated on a busy shopping street, it puts you right in the heart of the city — though that also means some street noise at night. For our family of four, it was manageable, and after long days of sightseeing, we slept through most of it.The apartment is spacious with comfortable beds and plenty of room to spread out. It has an older, characterful feel — think classic Roman charm rather than modern polish, with a few loose floorboards to match. The small bathroom and shower are perfectly in keeping with the Italian style, meaning small. One quirk: the master bedroom has a tiny sink and toilet tucked right beside the bed, which is convenient but takes some getting used to.There’s a washing machine with detergent provided, which is a big plus for longer stays — just note there’s only one drying rack, so a family will need to get creative hanging laundry. The kitchen has a good-sized fridge and freezer. For WiFi, use the “extended” network rather than the 5G extender or standard option.Check-in was seamless — someone met us on arrival, helped with bags, and walked us through everything. Communication throughout was easy and responsive. Overall, a comfortable, roomy stay in a fantastic location. We’d come back.

The best thing about this apartment is the location. I’ve been in Rome several times and I feel that staying close to piazza Navona is ideal.This apartment is really nice, big rooms , confortable beds , enough closets, well equipped kitchen with everything you’ll need during your stay. They also have a small washing machine which was very helpful for us.The only reason I don’t give it a 5 stars is because of the main bathroom. Shower has no place to put a soap or anything, no place to hang towels inside the bathroom either. It’s a very easy fix that will make it much more convenient.Also, in the description it states that there is an elevator and there’s not. So plan accordingly if there’s someone in your group that cannot climb stairs. Everything else was great! I’d recommend this place to a family or 2 couples.

This is right down the way from the best gelato in all of Italy! :) Beautiful apartment and lovely location. Checking in was a bit annoying - had to be in person with passport information collected while we sat there. The other places we stayed were easier as we were able to simply text photos of our passports to the hosts. We also had some confusion about an additional fee that we thought we’d paid, plus a security deposit. The communication in advance of our arrival was overwhelming; we received many lengthy messages in VRBO containing a LOT of information; buried in one of those messages was a note about the added fee. Maybe that’s on me for missing it, but it was overwhelming to read that many long messages in the days leading up to our arrival. The apartment itself is great. Air conditioning was a blessing after long, hot days exploring. My only note is that the shower is steep, small, and slippery. Multiple of us almost fell as we were getting in/getting out, and my daughter actually did fall. Otherwise, lovely place to stay.

We spent 4 days in Rome in this comfortable and beautiful apartment. It was the perfect size for our family of 5. The kitchen was great for coffee and breakfasts and the location was the best. Air conditioning was great to have during our very hot summer stay. In between the Vatican and Piazza Navona we could walk to everything. Great restaurants nearby and the gentleman who runs the leather shop across the street was very nice too.

We really enjoyed our stay in Rome, definitely an excellent place to consider visiting again, not only is it close to all the attractions, but it also has great restaurants at walking distance. We highly recommend anyone whether you’re coming solo or in a large group consider planning a stay here. The apartment management also contacted taxi services for us from the airport and they responded to any questions we had right away. Thank you for making our stay a memorable experience!

Great apartment in a safe area. Clean apartment. The host was very responsive and I can’t thank them enough for the help with a late check in and transfer from the airport. Some minor suggestions- There is only one bathroom. And the shower head needs attention. It would be helpful to leave a binder with some suggestions or tips for local restaurants or places to go to avoid touristy hot spots. Rome can be challenging in the summer. But overall very good clean and safe spot and I would stay there again.

Wonderful location in Rome. Perfect for walking, restaurants, and shopping. Don't do a rental as parking is difficult. Other than that, it was super charming with a lovely cafe for breakfast on the corner.

Good things to say but bathroom not acceptable

So many good things to say about this property. Fabulous location. Comfortable beds. Overall, excepting the bathroom very clean. Kitchen works well. Washer/dryer works well. We stayed 9 nights. The fellow who checked us in was surly, it wasn’t pleasant. The bathroom is severely dated and has sewer gas coming up from the sink. Once we plugged the sink drain it smelled much better. If the host put a new bathroom in, which wouldn’t cost much I’d give five stars. Also the TV’s worked well. The bedrooms were spacious and quiet.

The host was extremely prompt and made check in very easy. The location was very convenient - amazing restaurants, gelato, and music nearby. It was also easy to get to major sites in Rome. We loved this apartment and would love to stay here again!

Awesome location

The location was phenomenal. Via dei Coronari is an idyllic Roman street. The place was very clean, the check-in process was extremely smooth (much better than the average VRBO check-in), and the place itself is very nice and unique. The back (master) bedroom has poor lighting, and it would be an easy fix to add some bedside lamps. Also a hair dryer. Otherwise great place!

Great apartment with a great location

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is big and has a lot of character with original 15th century doors and ceilings. Perfect location just across the river from Castel Sant Angelo and down the street from the Piazza Navona. Lots of shops and cafes on the street. Communication with owners was fantastic. Highly recommend!

First Roma Visit

Fantastic apartment in the heart of Rome. Check in was very smooth with Tommaso and we really appreciated the accommodation made to the check in time. Our family of 5 had lots of space and you can't beat the location. Comfortable beds and linen. All the basics you would need were found in the kitchen. Highly recommend this gem.

Excellent Location and Beautiful Place!

We've stayed across the river in the past. This location is definitely better with it being a little more central, making everything within walking distance. A lot of nice restaurants nearby and good shopping. The apartment was clean, spacious and had all the basics for a family. Given that it's on a touristy street, it was nice and quiet in the apartment as well! The host was easy to reach and they accommodated us VERY well. I would just be getting picky if I were to try to find something I didn't like. Definitely would rent there again.

Great location, had an issue

Location is excellent. Apartment needs some attention, but suited our needs. We forgot my wife’s medication which she needs. We contacted the next morning and they checked and said the cleaners did not see it. It was left in the fridge. It was our mistake but the drug was not available in Europe and we had to leave Italy to refill it. Disappointed that the cleaners would not report the missed meds, ruined the rest of our trip.
