Host was very kind and room was clean and neat. Had a bathroom to myself since the other room was unoccupied during my stay. Was also concerned about road noise since it’s in a busy-ish part of the city, but fortunately at night it was quiet. In a beautiful building and conveniently located for city walking tours. Would book again!

Communication was great with Wonderwheretostay.com. We did receive a scam WhatsApp message asking for verification and they confirmed it was not them. We were told Gyl would be there to check us in. She was wonderful and responsive. Very cool old elevator! Our room was comfortable and and the ensuite bathroom was lovely. The room was clean. Balcony was lovely. I'm not sure why VRBO is asking about a vineyard experience because there isn't one. Breakfast included vouchers to a nearby shop; not in-unit and it included coffee pastry. Fine for us but the shop didn't open until 9am on Sunday and we left the unit at 6:20am to catch our flight home. We didn't get the included breakfast that day. Overall, we were very comfortable. The location was perfect, especially as we taxiied or used the metro/busses between Colosseum/Roman Forum and the Vatican for museum visits. Ideal location. There was a small mini-fridge in the room, and we had some snacks/food/wine from our preceding travels in Tuscany. Gyl (our host) obtained a tray of utensils and plates for us, plus a wine opener and glasses. Great stay, and we'd definitely recommend for others!

Erg groot B&B met seperate badkamer.Douche daarentegen erg klein. Badkamer en kamer zijn niet rechtstreeks verbonden waardoor je via een niet afgesloten gangetje naar de badkamer moet. Locatie is perfect. Op loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden. Service en vriendelijkheid zijn ook top

Great Location in Rome!

This property met all of our needs during our stay in Rome. The central location to all of the major sites made it easy to walk to almost all of our activities. Giuvi was a great host! She made sure we had breakfast each morning based on out timings for our tours. The property was very clean and exceeded all of our expectations! Would definitely stay here again!

Not what we expected

The place was quaint and our bathroom was nice and new and clean. We were there 5 nights and couldn’t get clean towels until the night before we checked out we asked Dr took them but didn’t replace them. Again we had to ask and she was angry that we needed them to shower The mattress was thin and not comfortable there were a few cheap plastic hangers not nearly enough for 2 people for a few days much less a week. The breakfast was not B& B standards. She bought filled croissants from McDonalds every day. We only got 1 tiny cup of coffee with no offer of more. She would leave on dining table or outside for us to retrieve then disappear we had to empty our own tiny bathroom trash can. The 2 glasses and wine glasses were never washed and returned. I washed in bathroom sink. We could have used a washcloth or two. I had to wet end of hand drying towel to wash my face. She brought me an iron to use. The second time I used it it made the lights go out. She had a fit and yelled at me to unplug it which I had already done then she snatched it up and took it away. We also had to put open suitcases on the floor. No dresser or place to put them. The table and chairs were nice but not comfortable at all especially for watching tv. The chairs on the deck could use some cushions too. We were told we would have a room with 2 bathrooms. Not true. As for your house manager. She never told us her name and always acted as if we were a burden. We felt like we needed to tip toe and whisper

Our train was very late to arrive but we were still met promptly by the host. She made a lovely small breakfast that we enjoyed both mornings. Thanks for the amazing stay!

Elegant rooms in great location

The suite is in an old Roman Palazzo with large rooms and high ceilings. The decoration and furniture are stylish and elegant. It is on the top floor with a balcony and terrace, where a modest breakfast is served by the hostess. There is a large well-appointed bathroom next to the bedroom. I was very comfortable here and really enjoyed my stay. It is just 15 minutes from Roma Termini station, 10 minutes from Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. Plenty of good places to eat and drink nearby
