Esperando reembolso por covid 19
Por el coronavirus no viajamos y todavia estamos esperando que nos reembolsen las noche ya pagadas que por ser personas mayores no podemos reprogramar! El viaje fue cancelado por ser personas de riesgo en el contexto del covid 19 Y desde el hotel no nos quieren devolver el dinero.

Muy buena ubicación, habitación limpia y en buenas condiciones. La máquina de café para el desayuno estaba siempre sin agua y la máquina de agua sin agua.... Nadie en recepción. Me desapareció de la habitación un regalo, aún estoy esperando que me digan algo.

Nos encantó!
Eramos 3 personas y estuvimos súper cómodos, había una cama extra en una pequeña habitación independiente conectada con la habitación principal, la colación que nos ofrecieron incluida dentro de la habitación, nos pareció bastante generosa, el personal atento y amable. El look de la habitación es súper moderno, un contraste interesante con la estructura del edificio y el entorno. Camas e instalaciones muy cómodas

hotel a unos pasos de la fontana de Trevi!
Todo súper bien, limpieza , acceso , habitación cómoda peeeeeero no nos dejaron papel sanitario y como turista no pude contactar el número de WhatsApp que dejaron pegado como contacto frente la oficina de check in . Así que reviven primero si les dejan rollos por qué no hay tiendas cerca ! Jaja

Hotel limpio y ubicación genial
Excelente! Tuvimos un malentendido con la hora de llegada y eso hizo q la persona que nos esperaba estuviera de mal humor y no nos explicara algunas cosas, pero el lugar está muy bueno y con una ubicación única, a 50 mts de la fontana di trevi.

Service was outstanding. We were able to check in early and were lucky our room was ready too. The breakfast was amazing definitely the way to go especially on check out day. The very kind host arranged for a private car to return to the airport definitely a plus. Very convenient location. Felt safe.

Property was clean and had a small lift (one person with one luggage). It is a bed and breakfast property rather than a hotel. Taxi will drop off about 50m from the property and it was hassle to drag all our luggage on the cobble stone and up the small lift. Room locks need upgrade as the room had old lock/key system and does not close easily. Very close to Trevi Fountain and lots of restaurants.

Wonderful. To Give better directions, show picture of two giant doors and name the hotel next door. Great place hidden away in the middle of town. Excellent breakfast! Helpful staff.

Clean, fantastic location and Brilliant staff
Fantastic location..literally at the end of the street from the Trevi fountain. Very clean and our junior suite had two small rooms which we loved. The best part of our stay was Antonio, the receptionist. Antonio was so friendly and made us beautiful eggs for breakfast. We really felt that he did his job exceptionally well and was incredibly hard working. Thank you Antonio !

Nice and pleasant room. Check-in easy and staff friendly and helpful.We were offered to schedule a taxi to the airport and it was a nice mercrcedes and pleasantman in a suit who waited for us too.

great location, we wanted to visit the Trevi fountain and this place is steps away from the fountain so for us that was a plus also not far from the Vatican museum and the colosseum by car or public transportation. lots of eating spots, Gelateria and all you might need...the host was really nice (sorry that I forgot his name) but he was able to book us tickets for the Vatican museum for the same day we arrived which was great for us because our time in Rome was limited and our schedule was pretty much filled. the breakfast was great... the place is not a luxury hotel or a private villa. its small but convenient and we liked the room which was clean and pretty.

De ligging was goed. Personeel was echt onbeleefd. We konden niet inchecken op het gevraagde uur. De eerste ochtend konden we zelfs niet ontbijten omdat er geen tafel vrij was. We waren nochtans echt op tijd daar. Toen we konden zitten bleek het eten op te zijn. De man was zeer onvriendelijk en zocht niet naar een oplossing

to be honest you were very rude you started yelling in the middle of the breakfast room and I never actually said anything to you that could offend you... the breakfast room was full and that's why you behaved rudely, you yelled at me in full breakfast room without respecting the other people who were having breakfast... thank you very much for coming to Rome we are very sorry for your lack of education you did not have a good stay

Sehr schönes Gästehaus in toller Lage Das Haus liegt etwa 100 m entfernt vom Trevibrunnen Richtung Pantheon in einer sehr quirligen Fussgängerzone. Ideal für eine Städtreise. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gepflegt, das Frühstück typisch italienisch mit einem traumhaften Cappucino. Einfach, aber sehr herzlich. Antonio,der Betreiber, ist sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für eine Rom-Reise. Ein ruhiger Rückzugsort (im Zimmer ist vom Treiben auf der Straße nichts zu hören und Dank Klimanalge angenehm kühl) und mitten in der Altstadt sobald die Haustür aufgeht. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist etwa 150 m entfernt. Restaurants. Kneipen und alles was das DolceVita braucht, sind rundherum. Zum Pantheon sind es zu Fuss auch nur wenige Minuten. Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfhelen dieses Haus allen, die mittendrin sein möchten.

Trevi Elite i Rom är ett våningsplan i en fastighet. Av 2 stora lägenhetr har det gjorts ett antal hotellrum. Läget var super bra med bara några få steg till Fontana di Trevi. Lite liv på kvällen dok inte så störande, men bor man centralt är det någotatt räkna med. Frukosten som ingick var inte så där jättebra som man är van vid. Kyskåp fanns, så en ost gjorde susen för att lyxa till frukosten. Jag rekommendera hotellet som för en billig penning och centralt läge. Observera att det är inget lyxhotell.

Great location and staff! Staff was very accommodating. They allowed us to store our luggage after checkout so that we could walk around without it. They were also accommodating to our check in time. We loved our stay here as it was close to the trevi fountain and the BEST gelato place in italy!

This was a great accommodation, my family and I were in Rome for 2 and we really enjoyed staying there. It’s a great locations literally in the middle of everything. Many cafes, restaurants, shops and of course the trevi fountain. I will definitely stay here again if I ever visit Rome. The only downside was that the bathroom had a smell and there were many mosquitoes in our room. We visited in November, not sure why there was mosquitos. Anyways if you’re staying there for 3 days or less I highly recommend doing the bus tour. You get to hop off and hop on all around the city. I also recommend dinning in at Achille Al Panthon. They have the best deal in food selections and price!

I am mainly writing this review as an American traveler, so our expectations are a little different from European travelers. The wonderful blue lighting you see in the picture does not exist, at least in our case. The "hotel" is not a hotel, its an apartment complex altered into hotel several rooms. You will have to get a very good local taxi driver to get you there. We arranged with the owner to have one get us from the airport. There is no service at all before 2 pm, but they did allow us to drop our luggage off. Once you arrive you have to climb a small stairwell past a few floors of actual tenants and arrive in what looks like a makeshift lobby. The rooms are literally right there. I mean right in the small lobby. You enter your room in front of the small desk and bam, that's your privacy. The room was very nice. Someone put a lot of work into it. If you are looking for hotel service however, this is not the place. Also, bring your European plug adapters for everything, there are no US plugs at all. There is a tiny layout for what looked like a continental breakfast area, but it hasn't been used or stocked in weeks. Luckily, when I say you are downtown, I mean you open the front door of the building and you are on the main street. The water was hot, there was shampoo, soap, towels, and clean beds, and that is all we were looking for. It did have a clothes washer but either the dryer portion did not function or it didn't have one.
