Communication with Dino, the manager, was very clear and efficient. He answered all my questions and made good suggestions for our visit. His agent, Zakia, was very responsive meeting us after we arrived via high speed train and the bus from Naples, and she made our check-in seamless.
We loved the arrangement of the 2 bedrooms and it was great to have 2 bathrooms. Though we ended up showering in the shared bath, rather than the master due to the poor water flow and inability to adjust the shower-head in the master bath. The beds were comfy and the master had a lovely cabinet to hang clothes in. Also, the vanity was large in the master bath.
We really enjoyed the view from the living room, it really is better than the picture and the military flyover over the Altare della Patria on June 2nd was just amazing. The location is so central to everything you want to walk to. We strolled around the borders of the Forum and the Colliseum most nights.
The kitchen was missing some essentials for cooking such as a cutting board, olive oil and balsamic, and there were very few glasses and wine glasses. We do like to cook now and then when we stay at a vacation home so these missing essentials made that a challenge. Also, I would suggest inexpensive fresh kitchen sponges for guests and instructions how to use the air-conditioners (we just used the fans since it was early June). It was easy to do laundry, just hang it to dry. Really, the largest difficulty besides the missing kitchen gear was the entry door handle that is so broken, it falls off every-time you try to close the door from outside. I'm sure Dino will be sure to get these issues addressed.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay due to the fabulous location, cleanliness and comfortable beds as well as seamless check in and out!
