  • Situado en la primera planta sin ascensor, en pleno corazón de Trastevere, este bonito y acogedor apartamento tiene capacidad para hasta 4 personas. Acaba de ser renovado, así que está en excelentes condiciones y combina un diseño moderno con elementos de época, como el techo con vigas. Consta de un salón luminoso con un sofá cama para dos personas, una cocina americana y un comedor, un dormitorio y un baño. También cuenta con una encantadora terraza apartada, equipada para comer al aire libre. La ubicación es inmejorable, en pleno corazón del característico barrio de Trastevere, a unos pasos de Santa Maria in Trastevere. A pocos metros se encuentran la animada Piazza Trilussa, con sus numerosos bares y restaurantes, y la Piazza San Cosimato, donde está el mercado local. Cruzando el Ponte Sisto, en pocos minutos puedes llegar al centro histórico a pie. Siguiendo el curso del río Tíber durante 15 minutos, llegas al Vaticano y a la Capilla Sixtina. Además, hay varias paradas de autobús y tranvía cerca.

My son and his friends really enjoyed staying in the apartment. The apartment was lovely with a nice patio. This was in a great location. and they biked around everywhere on e-bikes. They will definitely return! Thanks Lucrezia for being a great host! Grazie, Teresa

Tastevere is the ideal place to stay in Rome. Walkable to all the sites and easy to access public transport. The apartment was great for what we needed for a city break.

Everything was good, but the apartment is better for two people, not four, as the sofa bed was uncomfortable. Very good location.

Lovely Stay

Our flight got in late (1AM) into FCL, but the hosts of this property were so accommodating and waited up for us to check in. This apartment has such a great location right in the center of Trastevere, but also felt very safe for our group. Would totally recommend this space!

The neighborhood is fun. The property itself offered much better space for a family of four than a hotel room would have, with a small outdoor space to eat breakfast outside or dry clothes. The air conditioner works very well. The bathroom works well, very good water pressure and drainage.

Convenient location in a very energetic area. Many shops, restaurants and lots of nightlife very close. Comfortable bed, largest shower we had in all of Europe.Drawback: we love coffee but the electric water kettle didn’t work and there were no pods supplied for the coffee maker. There was an old stovetop Moka espresso maker, but it didn’t have a handle. Solution: we went down the block for cappuccinos

Vi boede midt i festkvarteret, men der var stille og roligt i lejligheden. Vi nød den lille terresse. Lejligheden blev udbudt via et bureau, som man kunne få fat i hele dagen. Vi ville f.eks gerne have hvert vores lagen. Det kom dagen efter. Kontaktpersonen var yderst hjælpsom med wi-fi installering og andet udstyr. Rigtig god hjælp, da jeg havde glemt min telefon efter udcheckning.

Location was good; cafes and shops, great weather, nice outdoor patio.Amenities in the apartment were very poor- coffee pots and kettle not working; mattress was low grade, not enough towels, ugly and uncomfortable furniture; no information on garbage disposal or local cafes or sites. Would not recommend under current conditions.

Great location, functional appartment

Great location surrounded by restaurant, bars and great gelaterias. Good and functional spaces with parts of the apartment sharming. A bit worn down and some refurbishments would be nice. Better cookingware and cuttlery would improve the experience. Neither bed or sofa comfortable to sleep in. Nice and easy process for check-in/check-out. Beds were made and nice towels etc

Cozy spot for 2 in bustling Trastevere

Cute and comfortable spot for 2 in the heart of Trastevere. The apartment could use a refresh like new toilet seat and updated bed frame but all in all the apartment looked as presented. You could maybe fit 2 adults and 2 kids in the apartment but 4 adults would be too cramped. The apartment wasn’t cleaned by the time of our arrival so the cleaning fee was waived which was an acceptable solution for us. I would recommend this spot to someone looking for a convenient spot accessible to all the sights in Rome

Location Fantastic!

We absolutely loved the location of this property. It was just outside of the heavy city feeling of Rome with a comfortable pedestrian neighborhood feel. The area was very active in the evenings but wasn’t overwhelming. The property was just okay. We were very happy to have the outside patio which helped make up for what was lacking inside. The kitchen was very small and dark with hard to use appliances. Luckily we had no plans to do actual cooking because that would have been almost impossible. The main bed was comfortable however the pull out couch was extremely loud and creaky making for an uncomfortable sleep.

This apartment is well located, & was decently priced. it is one floor above the street and although that was not a problem, the windows open up onto an intersection of two narrow streets (so the sound reverberates), where the bars are open until 3 AM every night. If you want to have fresh air be prepared to wear earplugs otherwise you will not be able to sleep. Secondly, the host need to get the bathroom completely free of mold which is growing around the shower enclosure and along the tile seems in the shower. It's pretty unappealing and could possibly be hazardous to one's health. The kitchen is stocked with one and only one kitchen towel; there are no other towels. There is no salt/pepper/sugar/coffee;; one of the coffee pots is missing a handle so that makes it very inconvenient to use. This would be an appropriate place for a couple with small kids (the double bed is basically in a small alcove & there is no room for anything else other than that bed and some tall closets--but only 1 very small set of shelves in the living room to put clothes that don't get hung up the sofa bed is in the main living area which consists of a kitchen, a dining table w/ 4 chairs & the sofa bed. The apt. is definitely not suitable for 2 unrelated couples unless they have zero needs for privacy. outdoor patio very pleasant; however, possible access from other apartments in the building & neighboring buildings (?) , so maybe unsafe to leave those doors open at night for ventilation.
