La casa está muy bien situada, cerca del Coliseo, San Pietro in Vincoli, Foro, etc El Gerente, Sr. Giovanni, muy atento, puntual y dispuesto. Sin embargo, la casa estaba en general bastante sucia; polvo en trasera de puertas, un calcetín debajo del sofá, un inodoro negro en su interior al que hubo que echar lejía, tazas con ronchas de restos de café, los cubos de basura sucios, etc, etc.

Apartamento grande, limpio muy bien equipado y bien situado. Fuimos una familia de 9 personas. Y sobre todo el trato del dueño Señor Giovanni. Amable nos explico todo lo que necesitamos y estuvo pendiente durante nuestra estancia. Un 10 en valoracion y para recomendar a todo el mundo. Si tuviese qe volver a Roma me alojaria aqui de nuevo.

We had an amazing week in Rome. This apartment was perfect!Location - Conveniently located to see all the historic sites. If you're active, you can walk to all the major sites and see many things along the way. Great restaurant choices in walking distance. Felt very safe walking around at night. Accommodations - The apartment was spacious and comfortable for my family of seven. Elevator limited to those with a key. There were about 25 steps with two landings. Travel books of Rome were available and I definitely used them to map out our days. They helped maximize our time and path. The owners/operators were fantastic. They communicated timely. They gave tour company recommendations. They arranged our transportation to/from airport. Their recommendations and guidance helped make this a stress free week. Giovanni is AMAZING! He greeted us and is funny and friendly. We had one minor issue that he had resolved in less than two hours. He helped with restaurant recommendations and was always avaliable to answer any questions.We are looking forward to a future trip!

Perfect location; not quite as nice as photos

The photos make this apartment look breathtaking. It was nice looking and was fine for our family of 6, but just not quite as nice or clean as it looks in the photos. Pros?1) Great location near the hustle bustle of the colosseum; great part of town with lots of food/drink/shopping nearby.2) Giovanni was a very nice host and communicated with us via WhatsApp fairly timely.Some things to note: 1) Wi-fi was better in some rooms than others; sometimes went in and out2) There is a lift but it doesn’t work.3) Pullout couch has no sheets or comforter, so bring your own. We found a blanket in a drawer but Giovanni said he didn’t have any sheets, so my son had to sleep with nothing the first night. I wasn’t sure where to buy sheets, so I asked him again and he brought us a sheet the next night.4) We ran out of toilet paper in all 3 bathrooms and had to go buy more, so bring extra.5) One shower door didn't close good so we couldn’t use it without getting water everywhere. We encountered a few other things that seemed loose or broken, nothing major.6) One bath towel per person; one hand towel per bathroom for 4 nights. No extras for bathmat, washcloth, kitchen towel, etc. Kitchen has no towels or paper towels.7) Beds could have been a little cleaner. Comforters had some crusty stains on them. Dishes weren’t as clean as we would have liked.8) We wanted to wash clothes, but couldn’t find a drying rack or clothes lines or any place to put our clothes to dry.

Comfortable apartment and fabulous location

Our multi-generational group of 8 had a fabulous stay here. The space accommodated all of us, and we very much appreciated the washer and AC! The host was very responsive and even arranged an early check-in for us for a small fee, which helped greatly with our early flight arrival. Check-out was painless. There are 3 small stair flights to access the first-floor apartment, and there are single steps in the hallway and in two of the bathrooms, so be aware of this if mobility is a concern. The location was perfect - delicious restaurants everywhere, several places to buy groceries, and minutes to the colosseum and metro. Would stay again :)

Good location close to attractions and bars/restaurants

Stay was nice. Locks are tricky. Bathrooms could use some help (leaky shower in one; only cold water in another)Tax amount paid in cash to property manager was not what I was told in the app. On the app it said 6/pp per day. He told me 72 (which would be correct) plus an additional 40 for “cleaning”. I already paid 300 in random fees before we arrived.

Great location

Seven of us stayed for four days in the beginning of June 2025. We were amazed first by how close the apartment is to the Colosseum but also, just steps away from restaurants, a bodega, and an easy walk to Trevi Fountain. Secondly, it was so spacious _ we all had plenty of room. It is tidy, has all the baiscs, so well priced, and perfectly located. Thank you!

Colosseum View

Great area, close to the Colosseum and Forum. Spectacular views. Place was easy to check in and out while Giovanni was there for any needs we had. Air conditioning worked great, which was a big deal as it was in the mid 90’s while we were there. Grazie, Ciao!

Texans in Roma

To start, we decided to come in a day earlier in our travels, and they were able to get things ready for us and it was fantastic. The overall stay was spacious and peaceful. The location is great. 2-5 minute walk to multiple bus stops. We had a request as we were staying and they were able to help us promptly.

Nice location

The property was nice very close to the colleseum. They have an elevator which was listed as an amenity but we had no access to its use. Iwas confused about the cleaning fee and why it isn't listed in the actual listing, was sent as an additional fee via message. Overall the place was nice the and spacious.

nice location close to the Colisseum

We had a great stay, though short, at this apartment. Spacious and comfortable. Convenient to have 3 bathrooms! Easy to find and nice casual restaurants nearby. We only stayed a day and a half, but during that time the host was very helpful in advising us how to navigate the area given that there was a rail strike going on. We enjoyed our stay in Rome.

Family trip to Rome..

Location was perfect! Three couples with three bedrooms and three bathrooms - exactly what we needed! Giovanni was available and responsive! We had a great time.. would highly recommend!
