This property is very close to the Termini train station, a grocery store, a police station, and there's even an excellent restaurant right downstairs.

테르미니역에서 도보로 5분 거리. 바로 앞에 트램 정류장이 있음. 오래된 건물이지만 엘리베이터가 있어 편리함. 방과 화장실이 여러개라서 편리하지만, 집의 구조가 조금 이상하게 되어 있음. (방이 한 쪽에 3개가 몰려 있고, 화장실도 3개가 한 쪽에 몰려 있는 구조). 식탁과 식사할 공간이 조금 좁아서 불편했음. 결정적으로 체크인 했을 때 숙소 청소가 전혀 되어있지 않아서, 바로 업체에 연락했더니 다행히도 1시간 이내에 청소 직원이 와서 치워주고 가기는 함.

Suitable for group
I appreciated the staff as I got three times international call to confirm my credit card and room re-confirmation. Location was convenient, but I confused how I found entrance because there was a small sign plate at calling bell only. Three shower space were very useful but unable use a few people a time because hot water changed to cold. This was my first experience to take such an old style elevator, but totally I could enjoy staying the place with friends. Oh, please check key of bathroom carefully as unable work properly.

駅近で便利だが
携帯電話と英語力がないとチェックイン不可能。初めてなら場所は大変わかりずらい。 設備は古くて水回りは故障個所がところどころある。価格からこんなものか。

Convenient location and well equipped amenity
I am on vacation with families. there are plenty of rooms and bathrooms to share, it is very spacious. I am also very pleased with all the little detail. there are paper towels for the kitchen, comfy slipper for the bedroom and coffee pods for the expresso machine.
