En 12 años de trabajo nunca ha sucedido que los clientes hayan despreciado nuestra pequeña estructura de una manera tan desagradable e injustificada. A modo de comparación, te invito a leer todos los comentarios anteriores. Había algo mal en su actitud, tal vez pensó que estaba encontrando un hotel grande, al no haber leído detenidamente la descripción de nuestra Guest House. Su comentario negativo nos trae un daño de imagen que no se merece, dado que nuestra estructura ofrece servicios como un gran hotel y está ubicada en el centro de Roma, donde cualquier tipo de persona puede estar presente, y usted ha juzgado a la población externa como gente de mala reputación. . Espero no encontrarme con más clientes reacios como tú.
